I had a very unpleasant experience today at the Samurai, I had lunch together with my family. First we had to wait too long for the dishes we ordered, and some dishes we ordered didn't receive but in the app shows as complete. We had to ask waiter always. My two year old had little bit Miso soup, Avocado roll and crackers. After few minutes he starts to caugh very bad and show some allergy symptoms appeared. I was nervous and we decided to take him to hospital. I had to say our waiter was very kind and tried to help as he can. However the manager and lady who handles the payment was not very professional. I asked them if I have to pay the full amount and she said yes. I explained that we didn't really had time to eat, I don't mind paying the bill. But I feel like it's not fair for me to pay full bill. Then she offered 10%. Lady was saying that all the customers in the restaurant is okay and if I proof it's a food poisoning I can get refund. Read moreSamurai Sushi restaurant knows what they are doing ! Front of house staff were so polite and informative - this restaurant is different from most ! We came for lunch, you scan a QR code to order off the menu and that order is sent directly to kitchen staff which ensures prompt service and less waiting ! Lunch menu was €24 per person all you can eat off the menu with some options at an extra cost and alcoholic drinks are not included - however still extremely reasonable for the experience. Food was top notch - the flavour the temperature and the variety of dishes had us wishing we could come back tomorrow ! DO NOT SKIP THIS PLACE ! I eat sushi everywhere I go and this place is incredible ! And for such a large restaurant I was blown away with the consistency, variety, and presentation of these amazing dishes !

Read moreWhat a disappointment. This used to be a fantastic all-you-can-eat buffet where you ordered online, and the food was brought to the table. Unfortunately, recent changes have made the restaurant much less appealing. Besides the price increase, the quality of the fish has noticeably declined. We were served cold sushi that had clearly been prepared hours earlier, with ingredients separating and some dishes not smelling fresh.
To make matters worse, the new app for ordering in the restaurant is frustrating to use. You only have 7 seconds to confirm an order with everyone at the table, or it cancels, and there’s a 3-minute wait between orders. This makes the whole experience stressful and unpleasant.
