Loved it. It was our 2nd visit and we'll definitely visit again. Extensive selection of Japanese dishes, all served in small rounds - an experience similar to a fine-dining, tasting menus. They ran out of ginger that night but this small inconvenience didn't prevent us from having a great time there. I recommend to everyone who feels like trying multiple (unlimited) Asian dishes for a fair, well-balanced price. Scallops were my favourite, followed by fried squid and strawberry hot rolls. Crispy Salmon Special was really good, so was everything with eels (we tried all). Allow yourself at least 1.5-2hrs to enjoy the food - keep in mind that they close at 23:00 (at least that was the case when we were there).

Possibly the best sushi I have found in Portugal so far! The quality, presentation and service is remarkable especially for what is essentially a sushi buffet. There is really fantastic flavours in the dishes (hot and cold) and this makes Samurai one of my favourite finds. I can’t recommend this place enough. The web app is nifty so you can spend your time looking through items without a waiter having to come back and forth to take the order. Just be careful the items come out lightning fast … so don’t order everything at once. I would also suggest a reservation as the places fills up very fast.

First time after a recommendation from friends and we were blown away by the food quality. Its was tasty, well presented and really really fresh. I believe we've been through the entire menu except the poke, ramem, salads. All the sushi was made to order on the spot and so tasteful. The price wise is not bad in comparison to the quality and amount. Will definitely go again. I'm giving only 4 stars for service mostly because we've tried calling 26 time to book a table and because it is so busy no one answered so we went without reservation and got lucky, the line from 1.30PM was huge.

The reviews looked a bit too good to be true. I was passing through Sintra, so I went to check for myself. It's a quite big establishment and there were many people - which is always a good sign. I wanted to taste as many dishes as possible, as I am a big fan of these places (since Ichi Umi, in NYC). The verdict: delicious, nicely served, polite waiters. I would come back any time. (The photo represents just one of four rounds. Really good food)

The place looks amazing and the food is delicious. This is an 'a la carte, Restaurant. You have to use your phone to access the menu and send your requests. The meal price is high, averaging 23€ with beverages, bust the food quality is just outstanding. The sushi is so fresh and the amount of ingredients is very well balanced. The tepanyakki, and the other dishes are also incredible. Even though it's a bit expensive, it's worth the experience.
