We went to Presto Fresco as we were craving pizza in Paris. If you are looking for an Italian restaurant in the city, this is a safe choice. The highlight of this place for me is the freshness in every ingredient, and the fact that they import the real deals directly from Italy. The pasta is fresh and home made. The environment is a mix of Italian feel, with the dry tomatoes hanging, and modern and cool paintings on the wall. At the entrance you get a glance of the freshly done ravioli and starters. That's where you recognize you're in the right place. We asked for: 🍕 Pizza Diavola (yummi spicy salami and extra soft crusts, as I love it) 🍕 Pizza Prosciutto (for mom and dad 🤞 didn't try, but the feedback was great) 🍝 Tagliatelle Carbonara (Alla panna) - my dish! The dishes have an influence from south italy, so don't be surprised by some twists or particularities. I personally don't adore cream on my carbonara, but I must say that this was a special one. The mix between the pasta perfectly al dente, the crunchiness and saltiness from the guanciale and the soft cream and pecorino was a perfect balance. The price/quality is also great. And the location, for me, is very close to one of the neighbourhoods I most like in Paris. The service is fast. We went for lunch and we didn't have problems with a place to seat. But if have the opportunity you should try to book a table in advance. I would love to have the opportunity to try some more dishes! Maybe next time 🤞

Wish I could give 0 Star. I have been a loyal patron of Presto Fresco for years, often bringing friends and colleagues to what was once a gem in Paris. Over the years, I have had many wonderful experiences here, even getting to know the previous management. However, my recent visit was nothing short of horrific and has completely shattered my view of this establishment. We arrived as a group of four, excited to enjoy a meal and drinks at a place we once loved. From the outset, we were met with rudeness and an utter lack of hospitality. We ordered bottles of wine, cocktails, pizza, and burrata truffle and politely requested that the adjacent table be reserved for two friends who were on their way. The server, Katian, who I recognized from previous visits as a server but now shockingly acting as the manager, flatly refused, acting as if our request was an outrageous imposition. When our friends finally arrived, he begrudgingly allowed them to sit, but his hostile demeanor made it clear he was doing so under duress. The situation escalated into a nightmare when we ordered drinks for our newly arrived friends, as they were still deciding on what to eat. Katian stormed over, raising his voice and humiliating us in front of the entire restaurant, demanding that we order food immediately or leave. He barked at us, claiming this was a restaurant, not a bar, and that we couldn’t simply enjoy drinks without ordering food—as if we hadn’t just ordered a substantial amount moments before. His behavior was aggressive, unprofessional, and utterly shocking. I was taken aback by this rude conduct and requested to speak with the manager, as I had positive interactions with management in the past. To my dismay, Katian curtly informed me that he was now the manager and that he was the one who "calls the shots" at this place. His demeanor was not only disrespectful but also deeply disappointing. The experience was so appalling that we decided to cut our visit short. What should have been a pleasant evening turned into a stressful, humiliating ordeal. Despite our bill amounting to 143 euros, we felt utterly unwelcome and treated with disdain. This once-beloved restaurant has lost all its charm, now tainted by the despicable behavior of its staff. I strongly urge anyone considering a visit to Presto Fresco to think twice. No one should have to endure such disgraceful treatment. Avoid this place at all costs.

🍕 Went for the burrata pizza and it did not disappoint. The crust was just how I like it and pretty much ate the whole damn thing! Shared the tiramisu for dessert and thankfully because it was not my favorite... I've had my fair share of tiramisu and was not a fan of this version. 🧑🏻🍳 Our waitress was the best. Super friendly and very accommodating. My friend wasn't sure if she'd like the cream in one of the desserts so she brought her a sample to try before ordering (which she didn't like so she was thankful she could try it before wasting food and money!) Also most of the staff seems to be Italian 🇮🇹 📖 Plenty of choices on the menu, definitely something for everyone! 🪑 Super cosy atmosphere and love the decor, almost felt like we were in Italy. 💰 Good value for money. ⏳ Would definitely book ahead of time to get a spot because it gets busy real fast! ❤️ 100% would go there again for that pizza!

I would have put 4 but the pizza was too cooked, the bottom was burnt, the dough too dry and the roquette salad usually goes on top of the bresaola and not underneath, it gives it a weird strong taste. Because the dough was burnt & dry we had a hard time cutting it. I just eat the toppings for half of it.... another customer did the same thing. The carpaccio was really good and of a big size, the tiramisu was ok, it lacked a little more taste to it. Their bread basket is cool, it’s like a light cheese pizza. The staff was welcoming and nice. However the waiter took one coffee out of the bill for the burnt pizzas, I would’ve offered the desserts instead. The price of one coffee is nothing. Too bad, it had such good reviews that I was expecting a great meal from start to finish. Should’ve ordered the pasta, might have been better.

We were very enthousiaste about visiting this place. Easily accessible but place is small. Might be crowded. We got a table for two. We were served by a waiter who was always in a rush and kind of wanted people to leave their tables as soon as they could (understandable for the rolling but it was too much). We ordered a bottle of wine, burrata for entrée, truffle pasta and pasta with figues. Figues pasta was delicious. As for the truffle pasta, we wanted more truffle and asked the waiter but he in a rude way refused. Customer service not good. We complained to the manager who apologized to us though in the end. But unfortunately, it made us uncomfortable and ruined the experience for us.
