My visit to the “Gruppomimo” restaurant in Paris was simply remarkable. The food exceeded all expectations – each dish was a masterpiece of flavors, presented in a creative yet approachable manner. The attention to detail and high-quality ingredients were clearly reflected in the taste.

Ask for Amine, one of the kindest and attentive servers I have come across and you will not be disappointed. Specializing in Neapolitan-style pizza, they truly elevate the craft with perfectly thin, charred crusts and a balance of rich, fresh toppings. The sauce is light yet flavorful, and the burrata is just divine. Each bite is a testament to the high-quality ingredients they use.

The Bruschetta and Alla Valentina were AMAZING… lots of flavor, beautiful plating, smelled great… however, the Gogo Carbonara was not good. No flavor to it, rather boring. The waiter we had was okay… very very kind, but came to our table maybe once or twice, never checked in to ask if we needed anything or if the food tasted okay (which I had ordered water, never got it and had to ask someone else for it)… I used to be a waitress so I understand being busy however the restaurant was not busy.

Lastly… the wait to get inside. Again, the restaurant was not busy/full. We were second in line and waited about an hour to get inside after the host dissapeared for about 40 minutes, then popped outside asking for reservations, then told everyone else in line that he would check back in in about 10 minutes. He did, said to wait another 10, and so it went on… even though there were easily 5 tables open just on the main level. The group in front of us waited well over an hour and were turning around to leave when the host finally...
