Our party of 3 arrived around noon on a Friday (12/27/24). There was a wait of about 20 minutes. One inside, the place was crowded, as expected, but we were put in a tight table in a corner. My daughter was pressed against the wall, but then the waiter came and moved the table even tighter. I think economy on an airplane has more seat space. Then there was the loud dubstop music which really prevented talking/conversation. On top of that, just about everyone in the place was on their phone--it felt like a Social Network experiment. We ordered some lattes and some pancakes. They seemed to have some confusion with the order. When the waiter brought it out and my daugther waid it was our table, he seemed to walk away confused before another waitress had to redirect him back to our table. The lattes were just a'right and the pancakes left something to be desired. They were rather dense and didn't have much in the way of flavor. I felt myself needing to drink a lot of lukewarm water to finish it. The waitress didn't stop by the table once during our meal, and we couldn't get out of there fast enough. First weird thing I asked if I could have the French toast plain with no toppings and the server said no but they could put it on the side. How does that make sense just donât give me the toppings Iâm not going to eat it. They only allow you to have your eggs fried or hard boiled and I only like my eggs scrambled There is also no turkey options. Both of the meals came and I unfortunately didnât like any of them which I told the waiter I would still pay of course. You would think I was insulting his great grandmaâs recipe. He was hounding me asking why I didnât like it. Then his other two male coworkers also start hounding me about it as well. I felt extremely uncomfortable especially since I was by myself. Itâs not like I was trying to get a free meal. I literally said I would pay for everything and they kept harassing me because I didnât like the meal. Nous avons attendu 1h30 dans le froid pour pouvoir enfin obtenir une place. Nous sommes rentrĂ©e en mĂȘme temps que d'autres personnes qui Ă©tait derriĂšre nous dans la file d'attente. Puis nous avons attendu Ă nouveau une bonne 30 de minute assis a l'intĂ©rieur pour prendre la commande. D'autres personnes sont rentrĂ©e. (Au total nous Ă©tions 3 tables de 2, puis a suivre 2 tables de 2.) Les commandes de nos 5 tables ont Ă©tĂ© prise en mĂȘme temps. C'est a dire (pour les 3 tables, 40 minutes aprĂšs ĂȘtre rentrĂ©e, et les 2 tables, 10 minutes). Sachant que nous Ă©tions les premiers de la file, et nous avons Ă©tĂ© servis en dernier, de plus nous avons du demander Ă passer commande... Sinon nous aurions sĂ»rement attendu 20 minutes de plus. Lors de la prise de commande aprĂšs du coup 2h d'attente. Nous apprenons qu il n'y a plus que 2 plats de disponible sur 5. Mais Ă©galement qu il n'y a plus de french toast. Autant vous dire, qu'aprĂšs 2h d'attentes... Nous Ă©tions un peu déçu. MalgrĂ© ça, la cuisine a su gĂ©rer l'afflux des 5 commandes prises en mĂȘme temps. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© servis en 15 minutes.
Je suis assez déçu par le service, malgré les serveurs accueillant. C'est dommage que le manque d'organisation, ou un manque de confiance du responsable de salle envers ses employés pour la prise de commande impact si fort la qualité du service vendu.
Je pense qu'il faudrait amĂ©liorĂ© la qualitĂ© de la communication envers vos clients (par exemple, mettre une ardoise pour indiquer ce que vous n'avez plus a la carte Ă l'extĂ©rieur, ce qui empĂȘcherait aux clients de patienter 2h pour au final ĂȘtre déçu.), ou tout simplement prevoir un plus large stock qui vous permets de tenir 12h-17h.. De plus, vous n'avez pas grand place, et vos serveurs ont du mal Ă servir les clients du au nombre de table / mÂČ. (MĂȘme les clients galĂšre Ă s'installer ou Ă sortir.) Et enfin, je pense qu une meilleure organisation en salle vous permettrait un meilleure rendement, ainsi qu un meilleure avis clients. (Moins d'attentes, un service plus fluide, et une cuisine qui pourrait de ce fait mieux s'organiser) (Prise de commande 10 minutes aprĂšs l'installation, debarassage + redressage des tables en 10 minutes, information clients) au lieu de 30-40 minutes. J'ai faillit oubliĂ©... Mais la musique .. 1 beaucoup trop forte (moi et ma soeur sommes repartir avec un mal de tete) , et pas trĂšs Fifou le choix des musiques pour un endroit de brunch. (mais bon ça c'est mon avis personnelle)
Pour conclure, c'était délicieux et trÚs copieux, mais beaucoup trop d'attente. Assez déçu. (Un peu chÚre .. 42,50 pour la qualité ... C'est un peu chÚre .. sans boisson)
