Afghan Brothers Restaurant is a go-to spot for anyone craving the best mandhi in town. Known for its authentic flavors and reasonable prices, this place delivers a truly satisfying dining experience. The menu offers a good variety of food choices, including traditional Afghan and Arabic dishes that cater to a wide range of palates. Although the quantity of the food felt a little less compared to other places, the quality and taste make up for it, ensuring you leave with a full heart and a contented stomach.
The interior of Afghan Brothers Restaurant adds to the overall dining experience. With a vintage ambiance, the decor brings a cozy, old-world charm that’s both inviting and warm. The atmosphere is perfect for family gatherings, casual meet-ups, or even solo meals. The restaurant maintains a pocket-friendly pricing approach, making it accessible for families looking for a good meal without breaking the bank.
However, like many other reviews have mentioned, the restaurant often has a 20-minute waiting time, especially during peak hours. This can be a minor inconvenience, but it’s a testament to their popularity and the quality of their food. The wait is generally worth it, as you’re rewarded with a hearty and flavorful meal. The soup served as part of the meal is particularly good, adding a comforting start to your dining experience.
Afghan Brothers Restaurant is a place you can visit any time of the day, whether for lunch, dinner, or a quick bite in between. The family-friendly ambiance, coupled with excellent food and reasonable pricing, makes it a must-visit spot in Bin Omran. My review aligns with many others: if you haven’t tried Afghan Brothers yet, you’re missing out on one of the best dining experiences in town. It’s definitely a must-visit for mandhi lovers and anyone looking for a taste of authentic...

Sharing my worst experience with AFGHAN BROTHERS STALL at QIFF(qatar international food festival)
Yesterday night we visited Afghan brothers stall at QIFF we were very disappointed with their service and they have no ethical values
Definitely will not recommend them
I ordered them mix grill(they charge qr 30) and waited beside their counter for 20 minutes Then I noticed (while standing there) customer who came after me has taken away their order before me and then 3 more customers come with order mix grill suddenly stall guy told them it is for qr 40 (I was surprised why is suddenly rise in price )
After 20 minutes of waiting my husband asked them when our order will be prepared they said wait for more 30 minutes REALLY....🤔( while it was preparing for other customer who paid qr 40) Then we took money back and cancelled order and they showed no courtesy that we waited long and no excuse from them
But definitely it is unacceptable that kind of...
Read moreDuring an 8-hour layover in Qatar, my family and I had the pleasure of visiting an Afghan Brothers restaurant—and it turned out to be a highlight of our trip!
The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered traditional rice and meat dishes, and everything was flavorful, well-cooked, and authentically prepared. The spices were perfectly balanced, and the portions were generous.
The service was excellent. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal.
One of the things we really appreciated was the availability of private rooms, which made the dining experience more comfortable and family-friendly—especially after a long flight.
Highly recommended if you're looking for quality traditional Eastern cuisine in Qatar, whether you're a local or just passing through like we were, this place is definitely worth a visit. We left...
