You can't go wrong with the #4 Garlic Chicken #5 Gimbap. I'm going for #13 Bulgogi Bibimbap right now and I hope it's tastes amazing as it looks. I find #21 Sweet and Sour Beef a bit bland for my taste and #23 Seafood Pancake may look interesting but I was underwhelmed when I was already eating it but the serving size is good for 2 or 3 persons. UPDATE: #13 Bulgogi Bibimpap is not bad. The beef is tasty and you get a nice set of tasty veggies but the serving size will leave you wanting just a little bit more of the dish. The Fish Cakes are a good appetizer and the soup tastes mild but flavorful. A perfect replacement for the complimentary tofu soup. Things I notice. 1. The restaurant does not shy away from using oil. It's my observation after eating lunch here for 3 consecutive times this week. The food they serve can be too oily. 2. The place is small especially the tables on the ground floor. I can't say if the ones on the upper floor are bigger but eating with a group of 4 can be challenging and soon you will notice that your table space will run out quick as your food are being served. 3. The complimentary tofu soup, kimchi and sweet radish are superb especially the radish and just like a typical Korean/Japanese restaurant, the appetizers are unlimited and on the house. 4. They serve your orders quick. Hungry customers will enjoy the fact that they will constantly munch or sip on something as the waiter continuously lay the food on your table starting with the soup and appetizers. Your experience might vary depending on the time and volume of customers dining but 3 out of 3 of my visits was very satisfying. 5. The staff are very pleasing and accommodating. Be sure to leave your tip in the box at the front counter :). 6. Price range are around 15 - 40qr. A main dish will go around 35qr and the serving sizes are big and ideal for sharing. 7. The food they serve are always newly cooked so everyone gets to enjoy a hot meal each time every time. Don't get your tongue burned ;). UPDATE: I'm currently on my 4th. visit here and tried dining upstairs. The upper floor way bigger and can accommodate bigger groups and they setup the tables to be easily separated or combined as needed. The also have one corner set for single customers and they use rotating high chairs which is where I'm at as of writing this. Today I'm going for #25 Dunpling stew with a bowl of steamed rice. My complimentary appetizers today are my favorite sweet radish, kimchi (of course) and, surprisingly, sweet black beans glazed with sesame seeds. This new one is a bit tough to chew but certainly a welcome treat. Instead of water, today my curiosity made me try a different drink. Its called Ade and it comes with 4 flavors which are Lemon, Grapefruit, Citron, and Aloe. I picked the grapefruit but I would certaily picked Aloe instead if not for reading an old menu that they place under each table. (Updated menu is placed on the wall like a huge billboard.) So basically Ade is sprite/7up with fruit syrup. For 12qr it's honestly expensive but try it at least once. Now, back to my order. You can't pick the dumplings with chopsticks because they're too soft and will break in half the soup is light and tasty and you can taste the bits of seaweed wrap sprinkled in it with every sip. They also put lots of copped rice cakes, the same one you get with #2 Carbonara Toppoki. They are very chewy in a weird way in my opinion and definitely not something you can use to replace good 'ol steamed rice. To finally wrap this review up. When you get that salary SMS from the bank. Grab a bunch of your buddies or your love ones and treat them here. It won't leave a hole in your wallet and you get BIG good guy/girl points too. Plus they accept card payments. Garlic Chicken #4... just go for it! And remember to tip alright?

The food at Tofu House was excellent and the restaurant itself has a very pleasant atmosphere. Shortly after we were seated, we were served a complimentary soup along with some of their special pickles, which were both delicious and a wonderful touch to start the meal. The main dishes were flavorful and clearly made with care, which made the dining experience very enjoyable. That said, the initial welcome could be improved. The hostess greeted us with a rather cold and unfriendly expression, which unfortunately created a negative first impression. A warm smile and more welcoming attitude at the entrance would really elevate the overall experience to match the quality of the food. The location is nice, though finding a parking spot was a bit challenging. Overall, despite the small drawbacks, I would still recommend Tofu House for its great food and pleasant dining environment.

I don't recommend this restaurant. we are all excited to eat at the restaurant but when we enter the resto, the girl wearing a creamy white uniform, the hair ties up with the clam greet us like we are not invited at all. she said "Do you have reservations? (while she is saying "the face already looks pissed off with a long face and pouting lips and side eye ) she said they are doing it over a month already and posted to Instagram and Facebook but when we checked ( no posted at all) after 10 minutes she came back and said we can dine in at the 2nd floor but with the pouting lips and looks very irritated at us. we just want to eat and experience like how they posted a video on they're page.. we understand that they are lacks of staff but we can't understand why the service is very poor.

Bad! The experience we had in this restaurant was bad.

Our company decided to dine out to celebrate this month's good company performance so we chose to go to Tofu House. We were really excited. When we enter the establishment, a lady server asked us if we were the one who call for reservation. We said yes and surprisingly, the lady just told us "Table 21" and point the way upstairs. I was surprised, I thought she's gonna lead us to that certain table but she didn't. So we thought okay maybe she's busy attending other customers so we proceed to go upstairs. We found our table and we sat down. When our boss' executive secretary made the reservation, we were told that the restaurant is open till 11pm. Upon our arrival we notify a staff in the front desk that the rest of our staffs will arrive at ten, we arrived 9:14pm (according to my phone when I checked it) We were told the last orders will be 9:35pm, we were choosing our orders and a staff approched us that we need to order now. So we nade a hasty orders of desserts and the server said "okay, we will punch it now and serve later. We can put the Desserts in the freezer." After minutes another server told us what is our order, I told her we ordered already. I informed her about our desserts and she told us that the dessert is not available anymore.

Nobody told us about the desserts. We were only told that the last orders will be at 9:35. We agreed and said its ok. At 10:15 the rest of our staff arrived and settled in a table to dine in. We expected a lot about the place and that we will enjoy our time but all staff are telling us lots of time that the restaurant will close at 11 and no one will serve or clean out our things anymore. What kind of customer service was that? And when 11 was uproaching, the servers were banging dishes and talking soooooooo loud. One server (a guy) came to us and asked if he can dish out all used plates, we agreed even though some of the ladies were upset. It should be okay to do that but he told us NO ONE WILL DO THIS AFTER 11 AND WE WILL BE THE ONES WHO WILL CLEAN THE DISHES.

We were eating. We are customers. We understand that the time of clossing is near, it was 10:30, I used to work also in F&B industry so i know how hastle it can be specially when you are about to close the shop. BUT WHAT WE CAN'T UNDERSTAND IS HOW CAN YOUR STAFF TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE SHIT? They continued banging dishes and cleaning materials, and making not-so-subtle remarks about us to go home already, and above all, they didn't even assist us when we were packing out the food for take away. For the first time ever, we encountered such poor customer service and RUDE servers. Oh, by the way, they shouted as soon as we took our first steps down the stairs.

We were really disappointed. We expected good things when we found out about your restaurant and we never expected to be treated poorly. Our company usually precommend places we dined in to our customers and this one will be that restaurant we will never forget to mention. Thumbs down. Rude. Poor service. The food was great but it was the service that...

If you're into Korean cuisine or just want to try it, I would recommend this restaurant. It was my first time going to a Korean restaurant here in Qatar and I was impressed with their food. Their Korean food tastes perfect! They have big servings especially when you eat any bulgogi meal–like it's literally double the servings compared to the rice serving. It's a good thing for those who are into meat. The prices might be a bit expensive, but it's all reasonable and worth it. It's a must-try.

They have a big space as well–they have tables and chairs both on the ground floor and second floor. Their toilet rooms are clean unlike any other restaurants (even the mirror has its own light).

I just hope that they would improve their staff crew. By the entrance, no one was assisting us since there was only one cashier and she's busy. It would have been nice if there's someone managing the customer service. And since it's a Korean restaurant, it would have been better if they adapted the Korean hospitality. The way they talk and treat the customers are way too different from those legit Korean restaurants.

As for their service of food, it was actually on time. Even before going to this restaurant, I have read the previous reviews and most of them are about the late food service. But since we went there during the rush hour (Thursday at 9pm), maybe there were able to prepare and cook ingredients beforehand so I think the food service...
