Turkey Central Restaurant.The food here is so amazingly juicy and tender freshly baked breads and humus varieties the service is so friendly super inviting a very popular location always busy for takeout or dine,This is for those who looked for Arabic cuisine experience without taking into consideration the elaborate ambiance.the grills and the mixed appetizer salad. They have an amazing variety of food to choose from. We have tried their lahmacun, chicken pide, cheese pide, mixed grill, plate of appetisers and chicken bbq! Everything was absolutely delicious. What i love the most about this place is that they offer great quality food in reasonable prices! This place is a must try for all those travelling or living in qatar.

This place has been our "go to" restaurant when we are craving for Chicken barbeque and Lamb Chops. I still remember the first time i came to Doha when my brother brought me here immediately after the 9 hour flight from the Philippines. The 18QAR appetizer platter with the warm bread was already filling. We had to stop ourselves from consuming the whole serving before the chicken and chops was served. The chicken barbeque is the same flavorful taste as before. Although the skin was a bit chewy and under cooked, the meat was perfectly spiced and juicy. The lamb chops tasted perfectly with the garlic sauce. The artificial syrup on the Mango Smoothie made it too sweet. The avocado smoothie is highly recommended.

I went to the restaurant and we sat on the top floor because there were no sitting area at ground floor. The restaurant is simple. There are only two staff, knowing that there are many tables. I ordered half a kilo mixed grilled with 1 and half boneless grilled chicken with rice and appetizers. About 20 minutes later received the appetizer, the grills came a little late until we were almost full of appetizers. The appetizers are good and tasty. The grills were very ordinary and they did not add onions, tomatoes, grilled hot green peppers and French fries like other restaurants, and also they did not add red sauce for rice and garlic sauce. in general, below than normal restaurant, and an experience that will not be repeated

And they are back in business! They are now entertaining Dine-in. Upon entering, standard health protocols were implemented. On the dining area (2nd floor), compared from before, the tables are apart from each other. All attenders are wearing masks. There is definitely social distancing. The Menu unlike before is now thru QR code. Food delivery was fast, maybe because few tables were occupied. In the table, no more catsup or hot-sauce available. You need to requests for it. Correct me if Im wrong, before they were giving the garlic-mayo sauce for free in every order of shawarma plate. This time, you need to pay qar4 for it. The quality of food is still the same in my personal point of view.

The food at Turkey Central Restaurant is absolutely delicious - we loved the Kebabs Koftas and Grilled Meats. Turkey Central Restaurant is a "Must Visit" in Doha Qatar - especially for Foodies. The service was prompt and professional. Nothing fancy and not over the top, but polite and proficient. The waiter helped us choose dishes we thought we would like and we were not disappointed. For the mains, two of us had the mixed grill platter with lamb chops. This restaurant does grilled meats to perfection. It is must try for anyone. The char was perfect, the meat was tender, and the marinades and seasoning provided deep flavor.
