05 03 2025 KKUM; DREAM a relaxed atmosphere korean resto in a busy street of alsad. Quite unassuming yet the interiors are simple with well lit spaces and ample circulation space. Caters to different group sizes and type of gathering for friends, family etc. The menu is neat with diverse variety of veggies, meat, soups, mains and beverages. For our group of four we tried the Omook udon,Kimchi Jeon, Kampong noodles, Battered fry, Oomok Tang, Ojingko bokkeum, and we were given complementary Korean teas. The Banchan were 6 varieties. We enjoyed all the dishes 😀. The teas 🍵 just as the resto implies ushers a dream happy night cap. Thank you very much for the staff that dutifully waited on us. Lin, Maria, Shack. The food here is generally decent, which makes it all the more disappointing that the customer service fell short. I ordered Fried Boneless Chicken for my family through Talabat, but it was never delivered. When I called to ask about it, I was told the item wasn’t sent because the price didn’t show in the app. While I wasn’t charged, no one from the restaurant made any attempt to inform me that part of my order wouldn’t be coming.

What made matters worse was the response I received when I called. The staff member I spoke with was dismissive and showed no concern for the inconvenience, and I wasn’t even offered a basic apology. Unfortunately, this experience overshadowed the quality of the food. I hope the restaurant takes steps to improve communication and customer care...
