I had a really disappointing experience during my last visit couple of weeks back. The BBQ at this branch was nowhere near the quality of their other locations. The chicken was tough, undercooked, and lacked in flavor, almost like it had been marinated for way too long with only chilly powder. On top of that, the portion sizes of other dishes were small, especially considering how much they charge. They price their food like a premium restaurant, but the quality and quantity felt more like street food. The food quality and hygiene are very good, but the staff service needs significant improvement. The waiters are not aware of what is available in the kitchen, and after taking orders, they return 7–10 minutes later to say the item is not available. This is frustrating for customers.

Additionally, the way they handle parcel service needs attention. In the hospitality industry, service is just as important as food quality. Once a customer leaves dissatisfied, they are unlikely to return.
