It was lucky to find the # shawarma that had been prepared in the morning, as many restaurants only serve shawarma from late afternoon. Even though it was such a morning, one of the staff greeted and welcomed me with an extraordinary smile, when I had asked him if they had a shawarma in the morning. Sometimes I have found some of the Turkish staff to be very nice. He is one of the best.

It looked like the kitchen staff were busy making dough and pizza crusts and so on, but the Turkish style shawarma was served quickly.

I prefer the shawarma wrapped in paper rather than in aluminium foil. I'm not sure why, but the wrapping material tends to have an effect on how the shawarma tastes to me. Well, this paper wrapped shawarma, this Turkish shawarma served by the smiling staff can only be a delicious foretaste. Assuming it's Turkish style, the bread was toasted crisp rather than soft, which is my preference. Meanwhile the contents, the chicken meat with shredded cabbage and french fries, is a truly royal combination and very well balanced in the amount of each item. The sauce had a hint of red chilli, which is common in Turkish shawarma. There are three sizes, from small to large, and a variety of flavours. After a great taster of mix appetizer from diffrent restaurent (for which I gave review before), I came to this restaurent on 20/06/21 evening as one of my friend suggested it. Hotel is very big and maintained. Since I'm yet to be vaccinated, I took parcel. I ordered mix appetizer, falafil 2 pieces, bukhari rice. Staff was very good, friendly and helpful. Mix appetizer :plate was big but only 4 salads were present which was already packed and kept in fridge. For bread staff gave option either spicy flat bread or fresh oven baked. Both looked delicious but went with spicy one. Taste of appetizer for average but bread was good so 4 star. Quantity was less Falafil size and taste was good.
