During my career, I have taught management and economics in different universities 🎓📊, and I have seen many examples of leadership in action. But during our one-month stay at the Crowne Plaza hotel 🏨, Aramede Restaurant gave me a living case study of what true leadership and service excellence mean. 🌟

Every time we dined there 🍴, the food quality, creativity, and warmth of the atmosphere never failed to impress us 👌. Yet what stood out most was not just the cuisine, but the people behind it ❤️.

👨‍🍳 Chef Johnathan — not simply a manager, but a true leader. He embodies servant leadership: engaging with guests as if they were at his own home 🏡, leading with humility, passion, and a genuine smile 😊. His dedication and thoughtful recommendations turn each meal into an experience, not just dinner.

👨‍🍳 Chef Armendra — always respectful and warm 🤝. He presents food as if it were a gift 🎁 from his heart ❤️, with contagious enthusiasm.

🕴️ Mr. Kalpesh, the restaurant manager — tireless and energetic ⚡. Like a buzzing beehive 🐝, he ensures every detail is perfect and every guest feels valued.

🙌 The service team — Nemra, Hisham, Ata, Nadia, and Prapasara — brought professionalism, kindness, and a personal touch 🌹 that made us return again and again. Proof that great service is not a process, but a culture.

🌍 For anyone visiting, my advice is simple: don’t miss the Thursday Oriental Buffet with Chef Abdullah 🍲 and the Asian Night 🍜 — both are truly outstanding.

We visited them on Sunday night, hoping for a nice variety of international cuisine. The items offered in order were Tom yum soup, white rice, Daal, Fish curry, lamb with some veg curry, chicken bbq, cheese and bread selection (no deli meat in sight, none was refilled while we were there), some veg curry, then salad station, live pizza station, mince sambosa, spring rolls, pasta with tomato sauce and misc Arabic salads. For dessert, there were fresh fruit, creme brulee, chocolate mousse, strawberry cake with a few more choices. Drink choices were water, soda and fruit juices. Service was wonderful and that was the highlight of our night. I wish we could say that about the savory choices too, but apart from the salads, we were not back for seconds (totally not usual for a buffet dinner). By the time I went for dessert, most of the items were finished and there were no chocaye options. A waiter asked what I'd like and I mentioned chocolate, so he got me a delectable chocolate brownie and it was extremely delicious (from the bakery). Even those who went to get dessert after me asked for the same to be served to them. Please upgrade your menu to make it "International". I had visited expecting Sushi based on the reviews we saw on Zomato and there was none to be found. Some dishes when they finished were just not refilled for the customers who dined in say at 8pm or 9pm, given that the buffet is on till 10:30. I wanted to take a moment to provide some feedback on my recent dining experience at Aramede .

This is not my first time dining at your restaurant and once again, I was thoroughly impressed by the service and overall ambiance at the restaurant.

One person, in particular, made my day truly special - Ms. Flory. She was my host during my visit, and I must say she is an absolute gem. Ms. Flory's professionalism, warm demeanor, and willingness to assist not only myself but other guests as well truly stood out to me. I believe she deserves recognition from senior management and I think she has the potential to lead the restaurant with her exceptional skills.

The overall dining experience at Arameda was truly amazing. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. I am already looking forward to coming back during the month of Ramadan to try the Iftar menu. Inshallah, I will have the opportunity to experience another memorable dining experience at Aramede.
