I came here with high hopes, loving greek food and culture. I came for the Souvlaki night and to say I have been disappointed is a bit of an understatement. Ordering a drink meant receiving it in 20 minutes, extra requests typically took 2 or 3 tries before they were actually delivered. I had the set menu and ordered the grilled octopus starter from the À la carte menu. It took 30 minutes to receive the starters, and another 20 to receive the octopus, despite requesting it to arrive with the starters, and then finally another 20 minutes for the souvlaki. Out of the three meats, the lamb was flavourful but overdone, the beef was dry and the chicken was tender but devoid of any real punchy flavour that should come from greek ingredients. Considering the price tag and reputation the service is shockingly poor, the staff mill around with no order or system. I can say that the show was pretty good though. Five stars are not enough for Zorba! From the moment you step in, you're transported straight to the heart of Greece. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and beautifully Mediterranean. Every dish we tried was a celebration of flavor — fresh ingredients, perfectly seasoned, and presented with care. The grilled octopus was simply outstanding, and the moussaka melted in the mouth.

Service was top-notch: friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about Greek cuisine. The staff, Gregoris, Despina,Maryammade us feel like honored guests, not just customers.

Zorbas is a true gem when it comes to authentic Greek cuisine. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and made with love — from the starters to the main dishes and desserts. You can really taste the quality in every bite. But what made our visit truly unforgettable was the service. We want to give a huge shoutout to Ioanna, our waitress, who was simply amazing! She's not only professional and attentive, but also incredibly kind and friendly. She made us feel right at home and added such a personal touch to our evening.
