Food was overall not worth it. I was thinking in my head that we should go somewhere else but my Grand Aunt wanted to go for her birthday. I came from out of state for the weekend for Mother’s Day and my grand Aunt’s bday and ordered the pappardelle and was surprised when I got the order because it looked like it had been heated twice. I’m not one that usually returns food but all I could taste as I continued eating was salt and just kept seeing the oil and eventually I could not ignore it. Usually I see this much oil when I reheat my pasta from the restaurant like a day after it was made because the butter/oil starts separating from the rue. It’s very normal when reheating pasta and something tells me they knew this. The food generally was not good overall and the waiters and bus people have SO MUCH attitude. The busboys came and dropped food off and based on restaurant operations I’ve experienced, I would think that they try to take some empty plates with them as they went back to the kitchen to keep the table light and not cumbersome. they just left everything and walked back with empty trays as the table was full of the starter & bread plates. I also raised my hand, the bus boy looked at me and walked off toward the kitchen. I nonetheless asked to see if they could give me something else instead of the pappardelle and they said I ate too much to return it. Personally, there wasn’t much more pasta that came with that meal. Irrespective, the fact that the meal was visibly a mess would have warranted them trying to do something to compromise instead of leaving me with the disastrous plate for me to take a photo of. I would recommend not getting the lobster pappardelle , or anything with asparagus or broccoli. My grand Aunt said it seemed like they didn’t even put them into pots for them to even cook for a few minutes and instead just ran them under hot water.The veggies are undercooked and everything else is cooked too much. The calamari was over salted. The stuffed mushrooms were good. The coconut shrimp was good. No one finished their meal. I’m in NYC every month at least 2 weekends and If this is a symbol of what New York service is coming to, I don’t want it. I know it’s Red lobster but I believe in a basic level of CUSTOMER SERVICE and APPRECIATION.

NEVER PLEASANT RED LOBSTER DOESNt PUT OUT QUALITY FOOD ANYMORE AND HAS TURNED TO FAST FOOD PRACTICE ** Here’s my PICTUREs FROM DECEMBER 9th 2024 of my LUNCH ORDERED ** Very Upset the quality of food was given i bought almost 80 dollars worth of food and was only about 20 dollars worth. extremely disappointed and dissatisfied The portions are so small , and the shrimp was served on old lettuce

Visited this location on Sunday. It was pretty busy and the wait time for seating was 50 minutes, but they were DEFINITELY understaffed. Our server (who I would mention by name if I kept the receipt) was very attentive and kind which is especially worth noting in this case as she mentioned that she had to work from open to close. As for the food, everything was good (about what you'd expect from a casual chain restaurant) and the pina colada was amazing. I do want to draw attention to the wagyu burger which I believe is a relatively new addition to Red Lobster's menu (added in 2021 if I'm not mistaken). I tried it for the first time on this visit and it was definitely a good burger, but I can't help but think it was no better than any other burger could be. Mine could have done with a bit more salt (which I added myself). The white cheddar doesn't exactly add a whole lot of flavor to the burger, but was a welcome addition to the mix nonetheless. Overall, I expected more from a Wagyu burger, but I can only assume that given the price, they're using American wagyu, which is not as flavorful as Japanese wagyu. Not going to delve further into the complexities of flavor though at a Red Lobster establishment of all places, but all I can say is that the burger was good, not great. With that being said, overall, the food and service was good. I don't think you can ask for much more than that. The restroom was also clean which is always something I look for when visiting a restaurant.

I was very upset yesterday I placed another online order. First, it was upsetting that my order was promised at a certain and when I got there myself and other said the 19 minutes wait was because there was no biscuits available. Did I mentioned I got there 15 minutes after the time my order was promised. When I got in the vehicle before driving off my order was missing my stuffed mushroom order, thank goodness I realized that I had to wait for my replacement. But I was talking to one of the uber driver he said he was waiting for a pickup that was the same order as mine. While waiting one of the workers said her is the mashed potatoes for the uber driver order but didn't know it was for my order until I got home.When I got home I realized my order had rice instead of mashed potatoes. So apparently my order must have went with the uber driver. It's crazy because Red lobster seals your bag order as if they double check orders before they seal it but as you can see they didn't do that yet again. This is the third time I received such disservice from Red Lobster. I had to call the first two times. I will not be going back unfortunately. Sadly I don't live close by to the restaurant.

We took my dad out for dinner at Red Lobster and we had an okay experience. Some of the food was a bit high in salt but it was mostly pretty good and the portions were nice. The mocktails we ordered pretty much tasted like strawberry lemonade with some bubbles and needed some more ice. The service we received from our waitress could have been better, she took our orders and brought out our food and we weren’t able to get her attention for the rest of the night. We weren’t able to order drink refills because she’d walk past our table so fast and wouldn’t even look in our direction. When we got the bill and paid, I specifically told her I’d be leaving a cash tip because I knew she would probably get upset when I selected “no tip” on the screen. When I didn’t immediately pull out the cash, she caught an attitude and asked if we were going to tip in cash or not. I was surprised at her behavior since I had already made it clear that I would be tipping in cash and especially considering she did not really earn the tip with the service she provided. Overall I think the service could be better but we didn’t let that ruin our night and still had a decent experience.

I gave it two stars because my sever was nice she did all she could , the location ( gateway) was so dirty biscuits All over the floor flys all over I would say all the workers are trying they best maybe they just need better management , The flys where the most annoying , constantly having to get them away from my food and face , I was getting bit , then I sat next to the kitchen I was able to see a worker sticking his fingers right in the salad bar eating constantly , that place made me feel itchy and very low budget , just not a place I will go back to , I actually went to try to out since I saw the ad on tv about seafood boils , the menu change is a step up but just need a more clean environment , even in the waiting area theres trash on the floor , this is just my opinion have someone cleaning , The wait time was over an hour to get my food , my sever had a lot of tables she was doing her best kept updating me on my order , over all everyone had great energy and was doing they job ,
