AMBIANCE 7.5 The spot is clean and of course new but the decor and design of the space isn’t the best but that don’t take away from the top notch service, drinks & food.

SERVICE 10 Im big on service. I don’t care how good food is if the service ain’t hitting I ain’t w it. The ladies I encountered were CHASITY (waitress/host) & CHEYENNE (bartender) both were professional and so kind! Cheyenne knows how to make a DRANK! I didn’t mind paying the $$ for drinks bc she made it worth it. Also when things weren’t on the menu Chasity offered other recommendations.

The main star FOOD ok so I’m old school I used to eat at the “sit down” sallys on Ralph … the food ain’t been the same at the Sally’s on flatlands (sallys y’all gotta get that together) I was hesitant to come to this one bc the food wasn’t the best at the take out restaurant on flatlands but babbbyyyy I had the OXTAIL, SHRIMP in butter sauce CODFISH cakes (y’all need a better sauce tho, the regular tartare wasn’t it) MAC and CHEESE ERRTHING was “10 10 10 across the board”.

I don’t know the chef but they need a SHOUT OUT TOO! Lol

I’m so hype to have a nice spot in the neighborhood

Check them out bc they have happy hrs Mon-Fri 3-7 and some music on certain nights

Will not be returning back! Got there no one greeted us maybe because there was a large group in the back dancing. So we decided to sit at the bar because it was the only seats available. Ordered drinks and food drinks came 1st about 30 mins lata which was 9:05 pm our food came in plastic to go containers. The waitress explained that since they were closing soon the cook put them in the containers I asked her what time y’all close she told me 10:30 mind you I checked their website and they close at 11:30. By this time I was upset I opened my container and it was not what I ordered the waitress had the nerve to tell me I did. I pointed on the menu what I wanted so how you got that mixed up I don’t know. I said my food comes with cabbage where is it and I ordered a side of plantains she’s like ok I’ll go get it and the plantains I’ll take off of your bill which was like 6 or 7 dollars. Another waitress saw the look on my face and said she will give us a drink on the house. After all if that a lady who came in after us and got her food after us which was tacos and cod fish fritters got her food on a plate. Make it make sense!!! I will not be...

Let's just say that the customer service is disgusting. Was fitted at a dirty dusty table which she the waitress realized after sitting us down and immediately cleaned it. .....So, i over looked it...and remained sitted and specifically asked the waitress if they can make henny Pena colada , which she said yes they can. Upon receiving the drink it want done properly and it was very foamy and discolored . In tasting it I reached out to the other waitress and informed her about it and if I can have a passio fruit juice instead being that the original waitress was occupied....she told the waitress, in tell her the watress got upset and made a few some and sucked her teeth. So my company and I got up and walked out. Due to the disgusting service. I have supported this business for years even when they were on Ralph Ave that's how long but sadly today will be my last day. It is very important that restaurant owners train their staff...
