on this occasion the waiter was very rude with selling the ice cream. When asked to try the flavor, the waiter acted annoyed, grumpy and complaint before allowing the tasting.

when asked to try the second flavor she said no. she said I cannot try the second flavor because I cannot "use the used spoon to try another flavor"- this is obvious, but there are many plastic spoons there and in a normal ice cream store they will just give me the new flavor in the new spoon?!? After some arguing the waiter let me try the second flavor.

The ice creams were all too sweet and the portion that my friends got were very small for the price.

Jestem pod wrażeniem menu, ale przede wszystkim jakości obsługi Restauracji - przychodzę tu ze znajomymi co jakiś czas. Od niedawna zamówienia na smakowite, wyborne potrawy z atrakcyjnego menu dla mnie i moich znajomych przyjmuje Pan Filip, który każdego gościa traktuje wyjątkowo. Pan Filip niezwykle taktownie, sympatycznie - profesjonalnie proponuje nowości w menu, a później - równie grzecznie, ściszonym głosem - by nie przeszkadzać w konsumpcji, czy rozmowie - chce się dowiedzieć, czy zamówione potrawy są smaczne. Dzisiaj mnie i mojej koleżance było nieco chłodno - ogrzewanie zostało już wyłączone, a chłód klimatyzacji dawał się we znaki - obie zastanawiałyśmy się, czy nie założyć kurtek. Wtedy pojawił się Pan Filip, z pytaniem, czy wszystko w porządku - poprosiłyśmy o zmniejszenie nawiewu, ale okazało się to - pomimo starań Pana Filipa - niemożliwe. Aby zapewnić maksymalny komfort oczekiwania i późniejszej degustacji smakowitych potraw Pan Filip zaproponował zmianę stolika i nie pozwolił nam przenieść sztućców, ani zamówionych już napojów, chociaż nie było to dla nas problemem. Czułyśmy się wyjątkowo, pomimo faktu, że w Restauracji większość stolików była zajęta przez gości. Pan Filip starał się zapewnić nam jak najlepsze wrażenia ze spotkania i degustacji, dlatego proponował kolejne dania, a my - no cóż - przy tak miłym serwisie trudno odmówić przepysznego deseru... Cała obsługa sali jest niezmiernie miła, stara się sprostać oczekiwaniom gości, jednak Pan Filip zasługuje na szczególne wyróżnienie, bo widać, że praca sprawia Mu satysfakcję, a kontakt z gośćmi - serdeczny, empatyczny sprawia, że każdy gość poczuje się...
