McDonald's — Restaurant in Bucharest

The food was pretty good. I ordered the medium-sized Big Mac with a drink and fries. The burger was pretty good, but the American kind is better. The fries were good, same with the drink, but they charged me 4 leu or 1$ just for one small packet of ketchup 🙄. The service was really fast, only took about 3 minutes to get our food. Ok, I get it, new system. But that doesn't give you the opportunity to lie to your customers to your face and tap the "order ready" button just to increase your "rating" or "delivery speed statistic".

Not only that, but for a coffee (black), you waited to fulfill the Big Mac and Cheeseburger orders first, even though I had a lower number, and therefore increased priority.

I DO NOT recommend going...

The employees in most of the Mac Donald branches in Bucharest are incompetent for this job because they are not kind, not cooperative, and not understanding of the customers. Their behavior shows ignorance, especially with non-Romanian foreigners.
