Casa Keza has such a unique relaxing ambience, I turned to one of the people eating there and asked, "Excuse meโ€”is it bad if I chill here the whole day instead of seeing more of the city?" He responded, "No man. You are in the right place. My friend and I spend many days here because of the atmosphere."

If my wife and I could have moved into the top floor of this restaurant, we would have (and subsequently would feast on the delicious paella and pitchers of sangria five days a week). I love that the restaurant keeps a calm tone even into the late-evening, so I would find it perfect to bring my family here.

Expect great priced brunches on Saturdays, perfect deals throughout any time period, and I suggest you stop here even for breakfast to enjoy some avocado toast with fried egg (and a delicious "bon bon" coffee of sweetened condensed milk with two shots of espresso).

I am blessed to have stumbled upon this place by sheer luck, and I have no reservations behind the idea that for each person who arrives to this restaurant, they will leave more cultured, well fed, and happy (at any hour). Stop in, grab simply a coffee or a meal, and enjoy...

I have been a constant client at Casa Keza, now I definitely need to take a break from the place for sometime, however much I love how cozy it is. The manager is pretty good at responding when an issue arises, however a few observations that need improvements: portion sizes keep changing every time I have ordered the same menu, I recall my friend and I receiving "5 pieces of potatoes" when we ordered the sandwiches, when we complained to the waiter, we could overhear the waiter and the cook arguing about our complaints, and sadly the waiter did not communicate back to us. The vegetable sandwich (which was my fav) has been constantly changing- is it a change of recipe based on the availability of ingredients? When you sit on the outside parts of the restaurant, you will have to walk inside if you need service, maybe have some sort of a system where your clients are being checked on once in a while to see if they need anything? Customer service and communication definitely needs to improve. When we talked to our waiter on our complaints, it was mentioned these issues have risen before. So why not solve them?...

Just had a bad experience with this place. I was told the paella was amazing but took 1 hour to prepare. Given that information, I called the number online to pre order and it took about 20 minutes for someone to pick up! That was frustrating but still, I was excited. I spoke to a lady and made my order AND left my name! 1 hour later I got to the restaurant only to find out that my order was not placed! One waitress told my friend and I that the manager (lady I spoke to on the phone) did not communicate my order and another waitress told my friend that our order was mistakenly given to someone else! Unbelievable! I called the manager again to double check and instead of calling back after she assessed the situation, she just sent the waitress to tell us that they were going to cook the paella again and the wait time would be 1 hour! And the lady manager did not even call me back to apologize! Super disappointed in this customer service. Manager,...

A cute local spot with Spanish tapas using local ingredients. I love finding a spot in Kigali that works with the local offering but has a unique and international spin on it. The guac was great and flat bread and veggies was also good. The croquettes were only offered in mushroom and were warm and flavorful and freshly made. Very nice! The garden and play area made me wish I brought my kids along, they would love playing in the garden and play structure so will need to bring them back. The front area offers some clothing and gift items which are a nice offering to browse while you wait for your food and drink.

Fantastic food. Having stayed nearby I visited Casa Keza for breakfast and dinner (four visits in total). I was quite adventurous in my choices; pulpo, mushrooms, etc as I was keen to have them but had low expectations. On each occasion I was surprised by the quality and flavours. The food is fantastic, the environment was lovely and the service fairly good. Prices are reasonable for this type of establishment in Kigali.
