Chez Yasmine — Restaurant in Kigali City

Disappointing experience. The service was extremely poor. My first cocktail had an insect in it. When I asked for a replacement, the second one was so syrupy and undrinkable that I had to send it back. Despite that, they still charged me, saying their boss wouldn’t allow them to remove it from the bill.

I ended up leaving without having a drink and still had to pay for it. Ruined my evening. Terrible cocktails and bad service. I won’t be coming back....

The food here!!! Omg! The best Congolese food I’ve had in kigali. Love the decor, clean, classy! Drinks are always on point. BUT… the food wait time is soooo crazy lol don’t go there when you’re starving, next time I plan to pre-order because I refuse to wait almost two hours for food to be brought out. Best food and service I’ve ever had in Kigali! I’m usually used to mediocre food and service in RW but Jasmine (whoever the owner is) has stepped up the game!
