Visted Rituals Cafe on a Sunday and Monday. Not because the food was spectacular but went once with my family and once with my in-laws. My in-laws thought I would enjoy an American style breakfast. I was disappointed there were no local breakfast options. The decor is similar to a coffee shop you find int he US. There is no table side service, so you have to stand in line to place your order, like Panera. The employees and owner were very kind, respectful, and helpful. Service is slow, so make sure you have at least 45 minutes to spare. 1st visit we ordered burgers and beef patties. The burgers were edible, but not good. They beef on the burgers didn't taste very beefy, tasted more like a meatloaf sandwich. The bun had a tuff exterior but spongy inside served with pickle, onions, tomato, and mayo. The beef patties were delicious. Second day we ordered breakfast. Orders included omelet, pancakes, and a breakfast sandwich. Pancakes were not light and fluffy but still tasty. The omelet was thick, more like a frittata with a little browning and a single fold. The sandwich was ham, egg, and cheese served with a tomato. I would...
Read moreMy first experience with the Rituals brand was in St. Kitts. My family introduced me to the treasure which is the Pralines and Cream chiller. That drink should be the poster shake for Rituals. The flavour is amazing. It has a light coffee taste; enough to give you a buzz but not too much to be overbearing for persons who don't like coffee. Always my go-to chiller when I visit Rituals. I also like the variety of donuts they have available.
The free WiFi is also a great benefit for customers.
I ordered a burger but it wasn't that great. It's also a bit crowded and noisy during the day. Polar opposite of the Rituals in Half Way Tree (Jamaica), where you can bring your laptop and have a quiet...
Read moreCoffee is fresh and other beverages good as well. We enjoyed the bakery items and tuna panini. It's nice to sit down and get a break from the heat, BUT the three times we came in it was so cold we needed to go outside to warm up after 15 minutes...and when we did our eyeglasses fogged up! lol Can't imagine what they are paying for electricity. Music could be a lot better also. How about some jazz and perhaps some Caribbean music rather than all the R&B stuff? Service is okay though could be friendlier and more personable. Free WiFi is available but password is not posted; you'll need to have staff enter...
