The local government owned mall where locals rent small spaces to conduct there personal businesses. Also one of entrance to Port Zante and Capital Basseterre. With Ministry off Tourism, Port services of government above. Clean spacious place with public restrooms. Some shops/businesses located there are Branch of local National Bank, Duty Free liquor store, craft shops, jewelry store, tattoo and piercing shop, etc. Mall opens 6days of week regular and everyday once cruise...
