McDonald's — Restaurant in Upolu

I loved the quality of the food today, the service definitely needs to be more efficient. We ordered the McAiga meal $140 tala... at today's rate 17/10/2024 the converts to $79.10 AUD 🤯🤯1x 10pack nuggets & 2 soft serve and the total was $165.50 total conversion = $93.50 20 staff members were present.. 2 in the dining area cleaning tables, sweeping and mopping the floor 1 in drive thru 1 handing out the orders at the counter, and we stood at the front registers where there were 3 ladies standing around talking and sorting money. 3 managers at the ice cream machine, oblivious to what was happening in the restaurant. I had to ask for the ladies to take my order, and when I did, I was met with a miserable face. All my questions were answered with 1 word replies, yes or no, even if they were open-ended questions. The best McDonald’s I have ever been to in my life. I’m from Auckland, NZ. I’m here for a holiday and let me tell you the service here is amazing, the workers the absolute best and the managers well done you’re doing a good job. I can tell the team work well together. I see the way they treat the customers, so respectful and very friendly. Not just them but the way the managers treat their staff so good. All the managers I have seen when I come and eat all so good. & that’s why the environment is the best. The store is always so clean when I come. The grooming is the best. This is the first time I have ever seen a McDonald’s where the entire workplace is groomed so well. Keep up the good work. The hospitality here is absolutely amazing. Every time we come to Samoa we seem to end up here even though we try not too (as we eat it all the time in Nz) this time was a bit disappointing they were not serving McChickens Big Macs and other items we were wanting to eat on the day and had to make do with the most expensive combo which was the double quarter pounder $40 tala the fries are huge as well as the drinks if you order large burger was good fries were bland I think salt is not used much on the fries like us outsiders are use too but apart from that it is as you expect

Aircon is a luxury in here after I eat I sit here for a little bit longer to enjoy the cold air before getting up to leave lol
