A Culinary Journey at AL Mutaka, Riyadh: A 5-Star Dining Experience. My recent visit to Al Mutaka, located at the Icon outdoor mall in Riyadh, was an absolute delight. From the impeccable service to the exquisite food, it was an experience deserving of a perfect 5-star rating.

Exceptional Service: A special shoutout goes to the wonderful staff, particularly Miss Filwa. Her politeness and impeccable etiquette made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable throughout the evening. Her attentiveness and guidance through the menu truly elevated our dining experience. A Feast for the Senses: Now, onto the star of the show - the food! Every dish we sampled was a symphony of flavors and textures, a testament to Al Mutaka's culinary expertise.

Kabsa Meat (9.5/10): The kabsa meat was an absolute revelation. The succulent meat, perfectly cooked and bursting with savory spices, transported me right to the heart of Arabian cuisine. The rice, aromatic and fluffy, provided the perfect base for the flavorful meat. A classic dish executed flawlessly.

Jareesh (Haleem Type) (9.5/10): This jareesh variation, reminiscent of Haleem, was a delightful surprise. The creamy texture, infused with the subtle smokiness and a hint of warmth from spices, was incredibly comforting. The addition of other ingredients likely included lentils and wheat, added a delightful textural contrast.

Falafel (9.5/10): The falafel was an absolute standout. Perfectly crisp on the outside and impossibly soft within, it delivered an explosion of fresh herb and chickpea flavors in every bite. The accompanying tahini sauce was perfectly balanced, adding a touch of creamy richness without overpowering the falafel itself.

Foul (9.5/10): The foul was another classic executed beautifully. The fava beans were cooked to a perfect consistency, creamy without being mushy. The addition of lemon juice, olive oil, and spices created a bright and flavorful dish, perfect for dipping warm pita bread.

📍📍📍الملاحظات ومميزات 📍📍📍 بس لو يوجد تميس او خبز حار منفوخ .. كلش تمام من تعامل الى راحه الى عنايه ... حبيت الخدمه من ترفع يدك لو بالغلط جا قال تامر بشي .. الطاوله اللي جنبنا خلصو ثواني كل شي نظيف ماكان احد جالس بجنبنا قبل دقايق .. ايضا سوالهم قبل مانطلع كل شي اعجبكم كيف الخدمه وشلون عرفتو المطعم الاكل لذيذ هل فيه اي ملاحظات شي مميز ولطيف ❤️❤️اتمنى...

Beautiful decoration and lovely music. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Reasonable prices and good portions.I tried Eggplant Hamsa and I loved it . Good choice for breakfast. Shakshouka was delicious and tasty. Halloum Hamsa was delicious also and it has pomegranate flavor and olive slices so it was different in a good way. Tuna sandwich is good also . It was served with French fries . The fries was fresh and crispy. Tea served in a pot so it is enough for five persons . I would love to go again . Definitely the place is one of the best places...
