Elixir Bunn Coffee Roasters — Restaurant in Al Maathar Municipality

Aha! Friday! It's a beautiful day, and I am heading to Elixir Bunn Coffee Roasters, recommended by my colleague at work, Khuloud Haddadi.

I met with Mohammed Aldossari and Abdullah and got the go-ahead to take pictures and videos for my review.

In the words of barista, Mohammed Aldossari, "We take our coffee beans seriously," and on that note, my coffee adventure is going to be an experience!

The signature blend 33 (a blend of naturally processed Ethiopian, washed Colombia, and naturally Brazilian) coffee beans is brewed for my coffees.

The espresso single shot is creamy, bold, smooth, nutty, fruity bittersweet, and nice mouth feel. My rating is 10 out of 10.

The flat white coffee with the latte and espresso was brewed with signature blend 33 had a lighter taste, my preference if for stronger notes of the coffee. My rating is 8 out of 10.

The Cortado made with one to one equal ratio of espresso and latte was bold and strong and smooth flavor and taste 😋 my rating is 9 out of 10.

The Kalita drip coffee, hand brewed with a single origin coffee from the Rwitzon mountains of Kasese District, Western Uganda, grown at 1900 meters above sea. The taste and flavor are unique and satisfying. My rating is 10 out of 10.

The strawberry cake recommended by Khuloud Haddadi was a winner! awesome taste, perfect texture, and freshness of mixed berries combine to create a harmony of flavor bursts in every bite. My rating is 10 out of 10.

Overall rating is 9 out of 10.

Note: Elixir Bunn has a breakfast menu with gourmet sandwiches, soup, and a variety of exquisite egg culinary delights. The breakfast service starts at 6:30 AM.
