Dunkin - دانكن — Restaurant in Al Maathar Municipality

Today June 20, 2022 at about 0500(5am)I entered this establishment with the intent of purchasing a coffee. When I opened the door I was immediately cut on my forearm by jagged metal on the inside where a handle should be.

Despite this I continued to the counter to place a my order. I was not greeted in any manner. I stood for approximately 10 seconds and the gentleman behind the counter had not acknowledged my presence. I called out to him saying "Hello?", He looked over his shoulder at me and dismissively turned back around no explanation, nothing.

I never accept poor customer service, so I left and went next door to Starbucks where I got...

Service: The server was talking on his personal phone while working. So he was not able to get the order correctly

Atmosphere: The whole shop smelled like cigarette smoke

Food: The drink I ordered tasted nothing but milk because he was too busy talking at his personal phone

It's Dunkin Donuts. Standard menu as all of the franchise and up to the same standard as other branches except for one thing.

Major issue here, is that they have a badly enclosed smoking section. Sitting in the nonsmoking area I can still smell cigarette smoke.
