Read moreService was really bad. After having the food we asked whether they serve lemon tea. He answered yes and we ordered for two. Later we received two mint lemon, I told him we asked for tea and not juices . He was telling this is what you ordered and tried to put his mistake on us. I told I don't need this I need tea. He said we don't serve tea here. Then we asked before ordering we asked you whether you have tea and we ordered accordingly. Later we saw a cup of tea in front of another customer table. I told him we asked for that tea, he said okay will give that for free but you have to pay for the juices. I said I will not pay for the food which I haven't ordered after talking too much he went near the payment counter and called me from there loud and said here is your bill and pay it. Usually hotels used to provide the bills on the table where we have our food and then we pay . Here it was like being treated bad okay come and collect your bill.
The person who came to take the order is an old man. I don't know if maybe he is old and has hearing difficulty , so it's better to put good youngsters in this place who will be more energetic...

Here’s what we ordered:
Mixed Sandwich: Boiled egg, an overwhelming amount of leaves, and falafel. Sadly, it lacked flavor and moisture. [3/10] Falafel Sandwich: Just falafel and a handful of leaves stuffed into the driest khubz I’ve had. [4.5/10] Kibda Sandwich: Liver masala in yet another dry khubz, paired with an odd aftertaste that made it even less appealing. [3.5/10]
The common theme across all three sandwiches? Too many leaves, stale bread, and a complete absence of sauce.
I cannot recommend this place. In fact, I believe any standard cafeteria could serve much better sandwiches without even trying too hard.
We attempted to reach out to them, but unfortunately, no contact details were provided. How can a place with so many branches not even have a phone number for customer service? Quite...
