Tamimi Markets — Local services in Al Maathar Municipality

This comment is for today only. Other days this is a very good branch when it comes to customer service. Cashier 1, 5 and 6 are open. I went to cashier 6 but the lady cashier said it’s close because the bagger is cleaning the conveyor. She said go to cashier 1. I go to cashier 1 but the customer has a lot of items in line. So I went to cashier 5 and asked if it’s open but I know it’s open because the light is on. But I felt that the lady cashier doesn’t like me to pay from there. I told her cashier 1 is full. For the first time in a long time I feel like I’m being tossed to this 3 cashiers. I didn’t felt good as a customer. I felt annoyed and disappointed. I didn’t experience this with men cashiers in this branch. They are even very accommodating and friendly. But I don’t know about these lady cashiers why their attitude with customers are like that. i shop here every week. there is no issue with the shop, good variety of things to choose from. however, i feel the staff needs improvements, especially at the checkout counters. sometimes when the staff/customers are slow in packing (the scanned items into bags), the lady at the counter doesn't seem to help or wait a bit in order to reduce chaos. they just "mechanically" do their job, sometimes while scanning things, they were having fun chatting at the same time. quite amazed...

Tamimi Market has a coffee shop within and other few stores along with a supermarket.

The supermarket has a bakery, sections for fish and meat with other supplies as well. This includes household items, sanitary products, dry rations and etc.

However, it does not have the numerous options that other large supermarkets provide and it is a bit pricey.
