McDonald's — Restaurant in Al Maathar Municipality

I love McDonald's. In fact, I always check out McDonald's where I can find them during my travels.

The McDonald's outlet is a personal favorite at Panorama Mall. I have been their loyal patron for several years now that I have forgotten how long I have been buying from them.

I guess their unique selling proposition is that their food offerings are affordable, their brand position is well known, and their Rewards application is really a great come-on for people.

The biggest plus at this branch is the crew and the Managers. I have known them for so long, it feels like greeting family whenever I line up at their counters.

I would have given them 5 stars but lately I noticed that their queues at the cashier and for picking up orders have become so irritatingly unmanageable. I would like to understand that the unruly behavior of patrons is to blame. But line management is still a responsibility of McDonald's. With a continuing influx of customers that sometimes or most of the times overwhelm their crew, McDonald's should do something about it.

On a regular day when there are still no people in the Mall, McDonald's can give my order in less than 5 minutes. On peak hours, it gets frustrating waiting for your coffee for a good 7 to 12 minutes or more.

Went with kids, we ordered couple of kids meal cheese burgers, during order supervisor and cashier having too much of fun between them, not concerned about orders, however, order placed. When we received it was beef burger and unfortunately they had bite of it, we don’t eat beef and it’s not ethical in our culture. We went to ask them for clarification why when we order cheeseburgers it as delivered with beef, “SAID IT WAS STANDARD OF MCDONALD’s “ is it world rule to know cheeseburgers comes with beef ?...

To be fair ...the experience i encounter today was the worst on all the McDonald's outlet ive been ...The service was awful...our order takes how many minutes to be served and the crew with glass is so arrogant and not well mannered crew...he served our order without proper manner as if he is throwing a garbage and also incomplete orders...i love McDonald's but encoutering this kind of treatment is not acceptable ...i really hope they improve their service..and treat all the...
