Bad behavior employees specially the Indian cashier, I was in drive threw they take my order then they make mistake in my order when I went to next window I tell him about that mistake then he is asking me to make one round again to the first window then I disagree with that and he is told me that employee who did mistake his new , then he said he will send someone to me to the car to solve this issue but no one come, then he ask me to go down to go inside branch then when I go I stay in the line again when I’m trying to order I try to talk about this issue to the cashier his indian he look at me badly and he is shout at me WAIT there with bad tone

Good location, easily accessible. Drive through menu was all in Arabic. You are right next to King Faisal Specialist Hospital with a large expat community. It would help to have screens flip between Arabic and English menus. Staff member taking the drive through order at 6pm on 24/11/21 was struggling with English, kindly have bilingual staff to help.
