My family and I visited expecting a pleasant meal last friday but unfortunately, the service and overall experience fell far below our expectations.

To begin with, we ordered a California roll, which was served without soy sauce. After waiting for some time, we had to call the server to ask for it, only to be told that the restaurant had run out. This was quite surprising and disappointing, as soy sauce is a basic necessity for rolls and if they had known it before, why didn't they inform us at the time of taking the order?

Additionally, we ordered three meals that were supposed to come with a bowl of rice each, but we were initially served only two. It was only after we pointed this out that the missing bowl was brought to our table.

The most frustrating part of the evening was the delay and mismanagement of our orders. We waited a long time for our lo mein, only to realize that it had been completely forgotten—even though it was the very dish recommended by the waiter. By the time we brought it to their attention, we were already too frustrated and had lost our appetite, so we canceled the order.
