Excellent espressos and more importantly Nabil is not only a great barista but a true gentleman as well. He showed great respect to my elder guest and went out of his way to make sure he was content.

The café was packed and he was ALONE behind the bar taking orders, making coffee and in a couple of occasions we saw him literally taking food plates to customers sitting at different tables.

I really hope the management solve their understaff issue and honor employees like Nabil. I don’t understand how they expect him (or anyone else in his position) to do all of the above.

The 5 star review is solely because of the great cups of espressos we received and the impeccable service from Nabil.

Edit: We went back and received the same treatment more than once by barista Turki. Served us excellent coffee and showed nothing but professionalism. The excellent coffee, him and Nabil are all reasons why we will always come back here honestly.

Keep up the good work and bring back the Honey Bee Iced...

Very unpleasant experience, I visited the coffee shop yesterday and I will talk about my experience. First of all, the waiters and people working there are not professional and not friendly to be working in a place where people need to chill like coffee shops. Second, they asked us to pay a minimum charge of 160 SAR in order to set outside! I’m not even sure if this is even legal to be honest. There are a plenty of neighbour cafes that allow people to set outside with no minimum charge, so what is it that will make me want to stay at your café and pay that much of money? The third and the most unpleasant part, is that the waiters makes their friends sets outside with no minimum charge like the 160 SAR. I have visited this place a few times due to its convenient location, and it was generally satisfactory. However, on one occasion, I witnessed an issue that I reported to the staff and decided to stop visiting. Today, I decided to give them another chance. After using the bathroom, I noticed there was no soap, so I asked the employees if they could replenish it. They informed me that the soap dispenser was broken and that they had no soap available. The employee's response was rude, making me feel as though I was asking for something unreasonable.In summary, what kind of establishment operates without soap? I wonder how the employees are maintaining...
