I would like to bring to your attention the unsatisfactory experience I encountered during my recent visit to Mandi World restaurant.

Unfortunately, my dining experience was marred by several issues. Firstly, there was a mix-up with our orders, resulting in us receiving the wrong dishes. This was not only inconvenient but also disappointing, as it impacted the overall enjoyment of our meal.

Furthermore, I found the indoor environment of the restaurant to be less than desirable. It lacked the ambiance and comfort one would expect from a dining establishment, detracting from the overall experience.

While I must acknowledge the commendable taste of the food, I regret to say that the dining service fell far below expectations. The staff appeared disorganized and unfriendly, and despite my attempts to address the issues, I found it challenging to communicate with them effectively.

As a sincere suggestion for improvement, I urge you to focus on enhancing your dining services and cultivating a more customer-centric attitude among your employees. Improvements in these areas would undoubtedly contribute to a more positive dining experience for your patrons.

My wife wanted to have Mandi before leaving back to New York yesterday. After few minutes of driving in Jeddah we stumbled upon Mandi House, environment inside the restaurant looked good. We ordered lamb Mandi, Kunafa, and caramel cake. Once I placed the high priced 96 SAR Mandi order, waiter asked for payment, I was shocked. Anyway I paid like 150 SAR and said what if we don’t like the food, my wife said it’s Mandi House food has to be good. The lamb Mandi was the worst and Kunafe was terrible too. We were there for dinner; 2nd day of eid (Monday, 2025). *Place: small and cramped (the cabins to sit is for 2/3 ppl oky....they can sit comfortably but more than 3 not good..not comfy). *Dark place: needs good amount of lights to brighten up the place. Dull looks. *Waiters: Indian guys?... good, courteous and polite. *Food: ordered laham madhgoot and laham mandi with Mosakka and Turumba and 2-kunafas with 4 drinks (costed about 210/= or something) Meat was very tender in mandi; rice was very flavorful in madhgoot. Overall good. Turumba nice but kunafa was a disappointment. *Condiments with food: Only tomato salsa and nothing else was given.....they said we don't ?have (?or serve) onions or chillies nor lemons. (We did not ordered the green sauce or cucumber Laban) *Price: Good for what is being served. Overall ...... an...
