Saltz — Restaurant in Makkah Region

The place is luxurious you get the impression of a palace ... The staff are extremely professional and welcoming and very knowledgeable of dinning etiquette. The food is excellent we ordered a wagyu steak it was cooked just perfect it melts in the mouth . We also had rizoto with prawns and truffle no words to discribe it chef Naji played with the flavors like a musician playing a symphony he realy managed to make you feel pleasure in evrey bite .and evrey time we visit the place he has to add a simple new touch to make you dive in the taste. For desert chef Naji recommended saltz signature orange cake a mix of Mediterranean flavour. For drink we had ibn sina a blend of hibiscus and pomegranate with tinge of spice resembling a taste of arabia so refreshing Waiter Sharek just mix it infront of you in such a professional way that will cheer you up . And we had arabian night cold coffe which was created specifically to match atmosphere of arabia the chef told us he kept trying a different flavour to make you taste arabian flavour will never have but here. The staff waiter Jafar and Sharek and chef Naji will make sure you keep coming back. Note all the ingredients are coming from overseas and chosen...

fine dining... had an appetizer of grilled shrimps with saffron and risotto, was perfect ... another appetizer; lobester perfectly cooked and tasted amazing and one of the best i ever had... for the main course; we had Artic fish (first time for me to taste and looks and taste like salmon but better taste) and we had another dish of a combination of fillet minion (wague) and lobester which again tasted great and both were one of the best i ever had... we had three cocktail drinks that i recommend to taste one with lemon sorbet and another with pomegranate and last with cream, cinnamon and decaffenated coffee... all were unique... all drinks were full of aroma....such a memorable experince....
