Gong Cha - قونق تشا — Restaurant in Municipality of Al Shamal

I ordered 4 times from Gong Cha Hittin branch, and I always put instructions and never once they follows. For instance I wrote 50% sugar and 100% ice but I received 50% sugar 50% ice! This happens 4 times already and I complained from the mobile number provided from your website. The gentleman told me to write a complain and send it thru WhatsApp but I didn’t do it because I don’t want that Lorilai face a trouble, I just let it go. But today, June 25, 2025 is different. I asked my husband to get me 2 cream brûlée while on the way home. My husband called me from your store Gong Cha Hittin branch so I could speak to that rude Lorilai since she never follows instructions. I asked her why every time I wrote instructions from the delivery app she never followed? Instead of apologising she shouted at me!!! Such unprofessional, very rude staff like Lorilai should undergo a proper training so this incident will not repeat in the future!!! Her behaviour is unacceptable specially from this reputable company such Gong Cha! We are a regular customers from Gong Cha The View Mall branch, Riyadh. GongCha Station in view mall is one of the best and frequenting places to us. We love the Boba here as a family. Why we rated with a 3 star instead of 5 is, Unfortunately today(31.10.2025), whilst all staff in the station are busy trying to fulfill the customers orders, the lady(the only one there currently as a female @ 4pm to 5pm KSA time) was very rude to the customers, not serving the finished product to the customer in a manner to keep up the reputation of Gong Cha. It was my first time trying Gong Cha, and what an absolute delight it was! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed—especially by the lovely young lady at the register. She instantly picked up that I was new to boba tea and, as a coffee drinker, a bit unfamiliar with the menu. With so much patience and genuine care, she walked me through my options and even made sure to accommodate my lactose intolerance.
