We were a large group and chose this restaurant on the last day of Eid, opting for it among the many options in Boulevard City due to our Syrian roots. Surprising, the restaurant was nearly empty (despite it being Friday and Eid), serving only two tables, including ours. Although priced as fine dining, the overall experience fell far short of expectations. Our waiter was excellent, and the food was generally good, though some dishes were served cold. Unfortunately, the manager ruined our visit. He wasn’t around when asked about him (it seemed he was off enjoying himself in Boulevard City) and he quickly left after arguing with us to go back to his fun, not caring about the upset customers he left behind. He was very rude and yelled at us when we just wanted to share our honest feedback. This is not at all like the warm Syrian hospitality we know. My mate and I visted here on a friday evening whilst in Saudi. Nice place with good views of the stage and surrounding area. Service was quick and friendly. The menu is on a QR code so you need internet. I had the cheeky kebab, which was cooked really well and fell apart. The cherry sauce was cold, which I was expecting but worked very well. It was sweet and sticky. My mate had the mixed grill which he said was the best he had. The fries were excellent and appeared to have been air fryes. Crispy on the outside, whilst soft on the inside. Personally I would have liked a little salt on them though. The hummus was smooth and full of flavour, partnering well with the flat breads. These had clearly been cooked tradionally. Horrible New Year experience! The only one good thing was the singer, he was good so we cannot complain about that! We booked a table for 11 people and we were given a table of 8 and then they added 3 extra chairs therefore, we were very tight. This is not right! The food we were served was maybe for 3 people max. We are not big eaters but the food amount very cheap and not considering the amount of people that was on the table.
