You have worst manager here, egyptian guy. he is very rude - i used self service machine but card payment doesn’t work so i opt to pay over the counter and the machine is not working too. While im waiting he said” why i come to pay in counter while self service machine available?🙄 he don’t understand that its not working with my card thats why i come to counter … very simple but he is very rude towards customers i dont know why mcdonalds let this kind of managers stay in one of their stores😴 so disappointing 🙄 train your people to be nice and learn...

Order was completely wrong Manager had disgusting manners

When the alarm to wash hands came the manager literally scolded a worker for washing his hands even tho it’s for the sanitary of the work environment. Hence disgusting

The fries were completely cold The guy helping people by the kiosk was rude
