Worst branch. Double the waiting time due to two separate drive-thru ordering lines with almost no one to assist.
The loyalty program system is a failure. After enduring a long wait, you try to redeem your rewards and order quickly, only to find the system isn’t working. They assure you your redeemed rewards will be returned, and you can use them later.
Service recovery is terrible. After redeeming your points and paying out of pocket, you come again and the manager, if you can even identify them, directs you to contact the 800 number. It’s a joke.
The service is awful, with many unfulfilled promises.
Based on personal experience: the drive-thru staff will redeem your points and still take your cash payment. If this isn’t just a glitch, then it must be the company’s practice, which is flawed. Your credit points should increase with each order and payment, not decrease.

Unprofessional staff (very impolite they actually laughed at me straight up my face!!!!) cold food, too slow service, crowded cars outside waiting for their “drive through” orders because simply the employees are telling them to wait aside!!!
