I am changing my review due recent events which really made me change my mind on the cleaness and quality of food and service. 1st time I ordered take out from the restaurant and seriously was impressed by quality of meat, freshness, smell and taste. Recently I ordered by phone and I got many surprises that made me decide to never again order. 1. People answered the phone don't seam to understand their own menu as I repeatedly had to explain again to several people and few didn't speak clearly and in Arabic, can you imagine. 2. I received order not as I requested so called and had to go again through couple of people who again couldn't understand what am explaining and this really agitated me. 3. After having gone through explaining over and over they resent the order but not the complete order, but only the rice which was supposed to be yellow but again it wasn't, even worse the meat in the original order wasn't even as soft as what mindi supposed to be. 4. In the new resent rice plates I was surprised to find chicken wing bone and my order didn't include chicken to begin with, so where did that come from? I wondered and felt disgusted. Here i gave up. I can't tolerate non clean food or bad service. I do hope they improve for their own...

Read moreMy mate and I came here whilst visiting Saudi before going to a football game, for some traditional food. The main restaurant is up stairs on the right hand side as you look at it, with the downstairs a take away. Staff were friendly and did they best with the languagw barrier, ordering for us after we said we wanted meat. We got a huge plate of two types or rice with lamd and chicken. The rice was light and fluffy, cooked with some apices and herbs. There was a super soft, big potato in it as well. The meat litterally fell of the bone when i picked it up. You could cut the meat and potato with the plastic spoon we were given. The lamb was cooked well with and was full of flavour. The fat could have been rendered down a bit more for me personally. Make sure to dig around as bits of meat will get hidden in the mountain of rice and be careful with little bones in it. You can eat at a table or in private booths on the floor, which did look fun. We couldnt eat it all as there was alot. Comes with a spicy sauce and a yoghurt sauce. The food, 2 pepsi and 2 water cost about £20 each, which was decent value. Would reconmend. Toilet is literally hole in floor with a tap and no toilet paper, just to...
