Ritaj Hotel Suites — Hotel in Municipality of Olaya

I always check in this hotel 3 times a month because i have friend visiting from far places,today i check in morning 5am and all the staff their knows me,i always used my iqama to check in and pay for it,but today i check the room and my friend was in the reception and supposed to be me it should be me to talk with the reception but ahead of that i talk the other reception i think his bangladish and i discuss with him and he said its ok,it was my first time to see the iraqi reception and he was so rude!he was eating fruits in front of the guest and its not good to talk with high voice!i just cant accept that they cant consider my side but instead check us out,i like your hotel but today i was disapointed and i will never come back in this hotel,even my friends i will never reccomend this hotel,if you care about people then you must care about their concern not just about the money!i even consider your building is old but its near from my work and you have some good staff!i hope this hotel will value customer at all...

This hotel is a GARBAGE TRASH Hotel its not 3 stars, the photos are FAKE. Its ZERO stars hotel. They don’t provide you with new blankets. The bedsheets had human hairs spread everywhere, the pillow was stinky it smelled so bad, there were COCKROACHES, the Toilet Seat wasn’t flushing it was chocked, the geezer of hot water was leaking and broken. I got a sore throat within one hour of living here. This hotel should be fined and closed by POLICE for its worst service ever. The staffs lie to you, they tell you they will come with new blankets but they never came, they had the audacity of calling this a 3 star hotel. We've been in this hotel a couple of times and as far as I know, we did not experienced anything bad. The hotel managers were very accommodating as well as the staffs. It's just that some rooms are not well maintained specially their air condition but apart of that everything is fine. The cheapest but best Hotel Suites that you can find in Riyadh. Looking forward to visit...
