Disappointed with My First Visit to the Newly Opened Al Baik – Stock Issues and Poor Service

"Very disappointed with my recent visit to the newly opened Al Baik branch in Sulimaniya on January 9, 2025, around 11 PM. This was my first time trying to order, and unfortunately, they failed me. I went in craving Broasted late at night, only to be told they ran out. Even worse, the customers before me were able to order Broasted chicken, but when I tried, I was told they were out of that too. It’s frustrating when you're really looking forward to something and they can’t even provide basic options. The atmosphere inside was decent, but the lack of availability and service overshadowed that. I had high expectations for this new branch, but unfortunately, it didn't meet them. Hope they improve their stock management and customer service."

the food chain offers wide range of items which are tasty. as the name and logo holds up to the service offered in this particular shop is very poor the customer waiting time is more and they don’t really value time of the customer they have both drive thru and dine in the capacity for dine in can be increased and staffs also can be increased for better service and reduced waiting time and pls train the staffs to respond to grievance of the customer in a well mannered way ! this is the first time in 10 yrs i have faced a worst service time in an albaik unit ! hope this message finds the right person with right perspective to...

Recommended & try when come to KSA🇸🇦 I was a bit sad that the claasic taste of the famous Al Baik Broasted Chicken is gone. The chicken is hard and less tender. But the burger is now getting better. As always, I have to wait for a long time to get my chicken as the staff is making their self look busy but actually not.
