A lot of room for improvement:

Thin crust Pizza is too thin to even hold on to while picking it up for a slice. It should have had a a bit strong texture and the filling and toppings could have been more thick, or else it feels like a "papad with just cheese on it"

The ketchups, mint sauce and Hot barbeque sauce used for a Pizza toppings has very unpleasant smell to it and it should be asked to customers first up before dressing. The bad taste makes the entire Pizza inedible.

No Oregano or Chili Flakes were provided as a walk-in customer even after requesting.

The staff member at the counter was noticeably rude and showed no patience in providing the bill—I had to personally follow up just to receive it. Moreover, for the support team’s awareness, the attached bill belongs to a different customer and was handed to me by mistake by the staff after asking for bill. I had to return again and ask for my original bill.

Such careless and dismissive behavior is completely unacceptable. It’s disappointing to experience this, especially when similar complaints have been raised by other customers at this particular Domino’s branch.

Toppings of the day....Mushrooms, Cheese and Hair!

All was going well, nice enough pizza, fresh and warm and then I spotted a hair protruding out of the cheese!

I called a staff member over and at first he didn't see the hair, when he did, I was absolutely disgusted with his reply....'This is your hair he claimed! '....I pointed it out that this is IN THE CHEESE... and I can tug at it!

The manager arrived and kindly offered to replace our meal. No thank you I've had my fill of hair today!
