A National Day to Remember at Dr. Cafe

This year, to celebrate the momentous 95th Saudi National Day, my friends and I chose to gather at Dr. Cafe, and it was a truly wonderful decision. The cafe was buzzing with a vibrant, patriotic energy that was both infectious and heartwarming. Team 1 (week) : so nice ! Thank you so much for your kindness, the place is beautiful, clean, enjoyable. The coffee and the food is very good.

Team 2 (weekend) : the staff clearly lacked training, was clueless and communication was poor.

An offer was displayed on the counter (14 SAR for brioche and coffee) and we were about to order but were told we can’t have this offer because it’s valid until 11:00am - but this was not written anywhere - if you can’t fulfill, don’t display an offer.

The drinks 2.1 The menu says the ginger steamed hot drink is made of 100% natural ginger - in reality, it’s just a syrup mixed with hot water. Disappointing. We asked the staff about it and they didn’t know what to say. 2.2 The second drink was with steamed milk and the same ginger syrup. It was flat and not frothy at all. SAR18
