I went to the salon based on the recommendation of a friend who did her lashes there. The vibes of the salon is good however, there’s an issue of parking so be prepped in case you’re going there.

The lashes service is ok, though I asked for a certain shape and I got something different at the end. The overall look is ok.

I did a blowout and it was overpriced BUT I did it anyways and it was below average and there was a lot of hair pulling and scalp burning :) don’t recommend.

And TO TOP ALL OF THAT, the receptionist gave ma a price for the hair blowout and after I finished my hair and was going to pay for the services, she upped the price WITHOUT INFORMING ME and when i asked why the total was like that she said you’re hair turned out to be longer so the stylist upped the price????

Unfortunately I will have to review this place since they completely ignored my WhatsApp complaint. I had a “Russian” manicure on the 10th of July and this was the state of it on the 19th of July!

I tried reaching out and sent them the posted video but unfortunately no one responded. They were very responsive for appointments

I am not going to state what the nail technicians did at my appointment as the manager promised it won’t happen again.

If you’re looking for a nice ambiance but don’t really care about the quality then that is the place.

I gave one star for the manager as she was very sweet and professional. I paid over 800 Saudi riyals for a Russian manicure and pedicure.

The staff was amazing really helpful and nice, the technician was really great with attention to detail but I had an issue with the quality of the biab or top coat after only 4 days the top coat became patchy and the white color turned grayish like a regular nail polish. Contacted them regarding the issue they tried explaining but it wasn’t clear and I haven’t gotten a response from them if it’s fixable since then, it should stay for at least two weeks. I’ve tried a lot of nail products before but this was the first time I experienced something like that with a gel nail polish. Really disappointed they didn’t live to the expectations.
