Customer service is extremely not acceptable. Staff have no hospitality; rude and aggressive in any comments highlighted to them ; they dont use any thermometer to maintain the tempreture with no tempreture consistency completely for the latte; cappuccino; etc.., its either cold or extreemly boiling hot with burned bubbly milk! Shop in the non-smoking section is infested with flies. Management need to look into this and don't think because of the low prices you can keep loyal customers! It's all about quality and service wich unfortunately in several occasions is not founded specifically in the shop located in Makkah road near Aloft Hotel. Do some mystery shopper exercises; make a survey for your customers to understand them more. As a brand you are no more just a grab and go with bigger competition in ambiance and quality versus price from other brand in the market...... Dunkin’ has always been one of the best — but sadly, this branch has become one of the worst. The smell of cigarettes fills the entire shop, with no proper smoke ventilation, and flies are all over the place, making it hard to sit and enjoy a coffee.

The shop stays busy due to its prime location, but it’s clear the owner isn’t investing in maintaining or improving the place. Facilities are damaged, the environment is unclean, and it’s honestly surprising that Dunkin’ hasn’t stepped in to address these issues.

Another thing that’s hard to ignore — the staff. You can see in their eyes that they’re doing their best, but they don’t seem motivated or supported. Please invest in them, too. They deserve better.

Today me and my friends visit this shop to buy Spanish and cold brew. 8PM, The service here is solid, and the food and drinks meet the usual Dunkin’ standards—no complaints there.

However, it’s really unpleasant that you have to pass through an enclosed smoking area just to place your order. As someone who doesn’t smoke, it’s frustrating to be forced into that environment. The smell lingers, and it’s not something I want to deal with just to grab a coffee. That aspect definitely takes away from the overall experience.
