Do not try to dine in or order takeout in here. If you can use the drive thru window. USE IT! Delivery guys from Jahez, Kareem, and other delivery apps storm this place so much. I will file a complaint on Mcdonald's website that some of the delivery guys from those apps are manipulating the kiosk to further advance the order of the delivery apps versus those who dine in or order takeout in here. I'm not sure how they do it but I see the kiosk filled with cancelled receipts and I saw one delivery guy do it to the other machine again and again. I ordered jalapeno cheese and Hot Choco and it took them 30 mins to serve me. I wouldn't even be served if the Manager didn't notice that I was standing there for such a long time. AVOID THIS BRANCH until the issue with the delivery guys from Jahez, Kareem and other delivery apps gets resolved. so i’ve been going to this branch for the past 7 months for coffee or lunch since i work near the place, and honestly i gave it two stars for the drama that happens in this branch. they’re so bad and slow i have never seen anything like it. you could bring inexperienced five years olds and they’d do a better job. always fighting with customers and jahez/hungerstation drivers. i once waited 40 minutes no joke just for a cookie. the manager at this branch is a bag of shi*, from touching our drinks to screaming at employees and customers it’s just crazy how someone can be this bad...
