Ward Restaurant, Riyadh front Branch. Serving authentic Lebanese Cuisine, main dishes and mezza. Atmosphere, interior and exterior decor are very attractive. The food quality and tasty are excellent, portions are relatively fair comparing with prices. However the service is very bad. Staff is unfriendly, never attentive, you have to look for waiters or any staff to ask for any service or inquiry. Fod serving was slow. Their biggest issues was cleanliness and insects in the restaurant. Many customers were complaining about insects and roaches and sone were leaving their tables, staff and manager or supervisor didn't seem ti care, the guests had to "deal with it" then after guest getting rid of them a staff will just come and swipe them off. Our experience at the Ward restaurant was fantastic. We ordered the chicken kebab and chicken shawarma as our main dishes, along with a hummus starter and shrimp fatteh, all of which exceeded our expectations.

The chicken kebab was perfectly grilled—juicy, tender, and infused with traditional Lebanese spices that brought out its rich flavor. The chicken shawarma was equally delicious.

The hummus was smooth and creamy, paired with freshly baked, warm pita bread, making it an ideal start to the meal.

Overall, the portions were generous, and the authentic Lebanese flavors truly stood out. Definitely a spot we’ll return...
