I visited the restaurant along with my Spanish friend there last tuesday during dinner meal period. Lets start with the sequence of service. We were welcomed by the host Asmaaa who literally greeted us with a super genuine smile.
Once we were escorted and seated we were gently approached by the operation mgr as well as the restaurant mgr Hassan in a professional manner.
Letās jump into the sequence of service & food details. The appointed and assigned captain waiter if im not mistaken called Nasser who possesses the quality of a professional well-trained waiter With incredible upselling techniques and very meticulous on guest preferences.
we were advised by Nasser to order the following items as per the below:- Greek salad 10/10 Sushi 10/10 Mousaqaa 10/10 one of my favorite. The an assortment dip platter 9/10 Lastly Paella š„ which was super delicious by the witness of our strong Spanish background; though its different from the castellano one but as they say think global & act local. I suppose we were the first ones to stepping to the restaurant dinner meal period but we were the last ones to depart the restaurant as there was smooth Service Symphony throughout the whole journey.
Lastly, we we were approached by Hassan to provide us with a free complimentary dessert from their minimized a la carte list according to our desire and choice. We chose( Fondont au chocolat avec une boule de vanille).
the whole experience was A MASTER FIRST CLASS.

While walking in, there were 4 people at the reception counter, and all of them looked unhappy to be there. Not something one wants to see when walking in for a nice evening out.
The waiter took the order but didn't pay attention to the instruction of 'bring things as they get ready'. Instead, they just brought everything ordered at one time, which was rather delayed. We ordered some extra bread and the waitress forgot to get it. We tried to get their attention several times but no one paid heed. Once we finished our meal we told them about it. Instead of apologising and asking if we would still want it, they just scurried off and then 5 minutes later brought bread. Which of course we didn't need as our meal was over. And to top all this off, they charged us for the extra bread.
The food was very delicious and I would like to compliment the chefs for their outstanding work. However, the service was very poor and this has left a very bad impression of the place.
The waiters and floor captain do not complement the good work...

This allowed them to invade the space, and their constant buzzing around the table and landing on the food was quite annoying. Additionally, there were no restrooms for men, despite having facilities for women, which seems unreasonable. The sofa seats were also too low for the high table, making the seating experience uncomfortable and tiring. Overall, I found the meal to be overpriced for what was offered.
I called a day before my reservation to inquire about any celebration packages, but I was informed that there weren't any available for the day I had booked, although they were offered on Friday. However, when I asked the waitress about the package, she contradicted what I had been told over the phone and said it was available, even asking if I wanted it served before or after the food.
