He is hands down the best worker I’ve ever met in any restaurant setting, and he alone makes Urth Café feel like more than just a spot to eat—it feels like a place where you’re genuinely cared for.

From the moment I stepped inside, Dilip’s presence stood out. He welcomed us with warmth and professionalism that immediately set the tone for the visit. He has a rare ability to balance friendliness with efficiency—he’s attentive without being overbearing, and he somehow manages to make every guest feel like a priority, even when the café is busy. That’s a skill you can’t teach; it comes from genuine passion and dedication.

When it came to the menu, Dilip gave recommendations that were perfect—he clearly knows the food inside and out. Everything he suggested tasted amazing, and it wasn’t just a generic “this is popular” response. He actually listened to what we liked and guided us toward the best options for our preferences. That kind of personal touch is something you don’t find everywhere.

Beyond the service itself, what struck me most about Dilip was his attitude. He carried himself with such positivity and professionalism, and it was obvious he took pride in his work. He didn’t just deliver food; he delivered an experience. Watching him interact with other guests, you could see he gave everyone the same respect, care, and attention. A pleasant Friday morning, I am off in search of the best cafes, bakeries, and restaurants.

Good morning Riyadh, it's sharp at 8 AM, and I am knocking on the doors of Urth Caffè, my destination for today. It has a charming, beautiful ambiance with both indoor and outdoor seating.

I am greeted by one of the managers, Mr. Mohammed Sadik, after getting permission to take pictures and videos, I settle down in anticipation of an exciting organic food journey, literally from the farm to the table.

It's a black coffee (Americno) made with 100% Urth organic coffee beans, a lovely medium roast with a nice aroma, and my rating is 12 out of 10.

The coffee latte, which is absolutely lip smacking, delicious 😋 it is brewed from Urth organic coffee. My rating is 11 out of 10.

Now, for the dessert, it's my favorite blueberry cheesecake. If ever there was an award, this blueberry cheesecake would win unanimously. It's Oh, wow! Oh, yum! The texture and taste of the cheese, the freshness of the glazed blueberries, the base made of graham crackers crust....just makes me go...what was that! My rating is 15 out of 10.

This blueberry cheesecake was divinely delicious with black coffee and coffee latte.

Good evening Riyadh, just over 7 hours later, I show up again. This time, I am greeted by the manager, Mr. Abdul Karim, he recommends their organic Royal English Breakfast Tea with mint leaves (optional), this was a delightful experience. My rating is 10 out of 10.

Now, for the pumpkin pie, it's just the perfect match with organic tea, a beautiful, luscious smooth texture topped with fresh spiced cream. Oh, my pumpkin pie! My rating is 9 out of 10.
