Awani — Restaurant in Riyadh Region

Awani restaurant hosted our baby shower. Initially, we had hired the private room upstairs, which is decorated beautifully and perfect for a private gathering. Closer to the date of the event, Viviane at Awani notified me of an issue with the upstairs air conditioning unit. Given the air conditioning was unable to be fixed, prior to the event, Viviane kindly offered to close to host the party downstairs in the main restaurant (where the AC was working), and would close the restaurant to the public so we could have total privacy. Viviane offered excellent customer service and assured me that my day was going to be perfect, which it was. The baby shower organisers fed back that the Awani staff helped with the baby shower decoration and set up. They also helped us with the cake cutting (which they did not need to do, given it was a private event). Everyone commented on the quality of the food - very tasty and arrived promptly after ordering. Overall, it was a perfect venue for our private event. I’m a regular customer at Awani and often bring my guests to dine at this restaurant, as I truly enjoy the tasty Lebanese cuisine they offer.

However, I’ve noticed that Kibbeh is frequently unavailable, which is a bit disappointing. More importantly, during my most recent visit, I was unable to enjoy the dining experience as I usually do. There were several flies around the table and near the food, and unfortunately, the waiter was unable to offer any solution.

I sincerely hope that the management takes this feedback into consideration and works on improving the restaurant's hygiene and environment. Ensuring a clean and pest-free space is essential for both food quality and the health...

Their shisha is smooth and well-prepared, with a good variety of flavors to choose from. Service is generally attentive, though during peak hours it can get a bit slow. Prices are on the higher side, but that matches the location and overall ambiance.
