From the moment you step into Lucca Steak House, you know youâre in for something special. The ambiance immediately sets the tone: warm lighting, elegant dĂ©cor with hints of oldâworld Italian flair, and thoughtful touches like artwork at the entrance that evoke classic architecture. It feels upscale without being pretentious â sophisticated enough for a special dinner, yet welcoming enough for relaxed evenings with friends.
One of the standout qualities here is the service. The staff are consistently praised as attentive, friendly, and professional. They donât just take your orderâthey guide you. Whether itâs helping choose the right cut of steak, explaining specials like the Lucca Special (complete with fire show!), or accommodating preferences, they go the extra mile. These little touches make the meal feel curated.
Now, onto the star of the show: the food. The steaks are where Lucca shines. Premium cuts like Ribeye, Wagyu, Striploin, and more are cooked with care â juicy, wellâseasoned, and with excellent flavor and texture. If you order them according to your preferenceâmedium rare, rare, etc.âyouâll find they deliver. The specials are also impressive; items like the âLucca Specialâ and âAsado for twoâ offer generous portions, strong flavors, and memorable presentation.
Complementing the steaks are side dishes and starters that are far more than afterthoughts. A crisp, refreshing Lucca Salad offers a nice contrast to the richness of meat. Other supporting dishes â carrots, potatoes, sauces â are carefully prepared. The menu has room for variety, too, so even someone who doesnât favor red meat will find appealing alternatives.
One thing that elevates Lucca is its special atmosphere moments. For instance, the âfire showâ tied to certain dishes adds theatre to the experienceâtransforming a dinner into an event. Itâs not just about eating, but about feeling the occasion.
Of course, no place is perfect. Some menu items are occasionally unavailable (e.g. certain premium cuts), and prices are on the higher side, which may give some pause. For the food and experience you get, many feel itâs worth it, but itâs not a casual nightâout bargain.
In summary: Lucca Steak House delivers an outstanding steakhouse experience. From the moment you walk in, to the care in service, to the flavor and presentation of the foodâit all works together to impress. If you appreciate highâquality meat, attentive staff, and a restaurant that knows how to make dinner feel like more than just a meal, this is a place you should try. Just be ready to treat yourself, because Lucca definitely pulls out all the stops. Highly...
Read moreI had the pleasure of dining at Lucca and I must say the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and seated promptly, even though the restaurant was busy. The ambiance is beautiful â modern, stylish, and cozy at the same time, with soft lighting and tasteful decor that creates a welcoming atmosphere for both casual meals and special occasions.
The menu offers a great variety of Italian dishes, and it was hard to choose because everything looked so tempting. We started with the burrata and the truffle fries â both were outstanding. The burrata was fresh and creamy, served with flavorful tomatoes and a drizzle of balsamic reduction that balanced the dish perfectly.
For the main course, I ordered the truffle risotto, while my companion had the wood-fired pizza. The risotto was cooked to perfection â creamy, rich, and packed with flavor, with just the right amount of truffle aroma without being overwhelming. The pizza had a thin, crispy crust and high-quality toppings that made each bite delicious.
What made the experience even better was the excellent service. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely eager to make sure we had a great time. They checked on us just enough without interrupting our meal.
Overall, Lucca at Roshn Front is a must-visit for Italian food lovers in Riyadh. The combination of delicious food, lovely atmosphere, and top-notch service guarantees Iâll be...
Read moreVisites during the soft opening, didnt have a full menu yet, but choices were still very good. Staff were very courteous and very attentive. The meal was presented very well and tasted amazing. With that said, i would only recommend a slightly more seasoned steak (Wagyu). Prepared to perfection ( medium rare) similar to rib eye in texture, just needed a little more salt and pepper. The baked potato was slightly small, and only with sour cream, no other choices for toppings. The veggies were done very well. We also had a very well prepared appetizer of a meatball...or wheel. I think this was ground sirloin or chuck, made flat with a top and bottom and two good cheeses in the middle and flame grilled...very tasty. I was looking forward to the dessert of grilled pinapple, but unfortunately is was not part of the soft opening menu. I oped for the cotton candy ice cream, with pistachios. The ice cream was very creamy and can taste the cotton cany that was layered on top. In my opinion it was to much cotton candy and had a weird texture to it...if your familiar with fiberglass...BUT move somenof it away and it was much better. All in all for a soft opening it was very good. I will go back after grand opening and give another review. Lucca is a very well known name so expectations should be high when...
