This is the worst ever experience in Riyadh... First thing the service is very slow... After we have given order of soups, starters and main course they took almost 20 mins to get soups and 15 more minutes to give starters.... Once we are about to finish starters and asked for the mutton biryani he is simply saying it's over and they are cooking now and it will take 30 minutes... Since one of our friend is in hurry we said 1 chicken biryani and waited for mutton biryani... After 30 minutes when we asked he is still saying it will take 30 more minutes... We are waiting for the order with our family and friends they are least bothered to inform upfront... We would have left the restaurant and look for another if he would have informed us earlier.... Instead they just took the order and brought all starters... He was suggesting us to take chicken biryani instead of mutton at the end... There were many people served biryani during the time we were there... They should have given priority to the people who ordered first and serve... Worst behaviour I have ever seen... Except chicken karahi all other items are salty or no masala's in it... We came out with half hunger ... Such a shame to this restaurant... The pathetic part is the server knows that there is no Biryani available when we placed the order but he didn't...

We visited Koyla recently and had a lovely time! The place has a nice vibe and the service was perfect – the staff was super friendly and helpful 👌😊.

We ordered: 🥣 Veg Manchow Soup – warm and tasty, just what we needed to start! 🍛 Palak Paneer – creamy and full of flavor, loved it! 🥦 Gobi Manchurian – crispy and delicious, a great choice! 🍖 Mutton Biryani – the meat was tender and the rice was flavorful, but it was a bit salty for our taste.

Overall, the food was really good, just the biryani needs a little adjustment. Will definitely...
